Instructions were a little tedious for what needed to be done, but I couldn't find this bootloader sequence information anywhere else. Thanks man you saved me a lot of time.

Thanks. Looks like it's changed a lot, mine just have Power LED light on, other are not. Connet to computer and flash to the firmware I want!

I managed to do this with my WG3526P. I used your video and LTEHacks to accomplish this. In my case, the 3G/4G light didn’t flash more slowly like yours but just the normal flashing speed.
It did enter recovery mode but I couldn’t tell it because I didn’t get an IP Address via DHCP and I reused the 192.168.1.1 address from when I first logged in to the router.
The way to fix this is to set a static IP address on the computer using 192.168.1.5, setting the router to 192.168.1.1 and using the 255.255.255.0 subnet. Follow the instructions to reset as shown in the video then with the flashing (not slower) light active type 192.168.1.1 (critically http, not https). After that I saw the Chinese update screen like is shown in the video and I can perform the upgrade. 👍
Hi Mike I just bought a Kuwfi 4g lte hoping that it is like the Mofi 4500. Its not. I need to flash the firmware to one that is like the one on the MOFI. I need to be able to adjust to a Linux 265 as well as change the TTTL to 65. This sounds like I know what I'm talking about, BUT, I really have no clue.
Could you please recommend a firmware test could help.
Of course it's not the same. The MoFi costs $400-$500 for a reason. If you understand Linux networking tools, you can do it with just a single command inside the "Custom Rules" inside the Firewall settings.

I have similar router but the problem is that I'm not seeing anything when I put in the IP address it just says no internet
Mike are you running LTE data on yours? I am having some trouble setting up the wireless LTE modem on mine.

@@MikeTech41 I was able to get mine running with LTE on ATT but not Tmobile. I was really hoping to get Tmobile working with it. I only pay 10 a month for that line.
@@SuperChopperpilot I was able to get Tmobile running no problem but under the original firmware. IF you still have it under the original firmware and go to the Network portion. Click the 3g/4g area, and under dialing mode you will see the advanced options. Change the APN server to "fast.t-mobile.com" (No quotation marks). Depending on the carrier you will need to edit the APN. No other fields are needed in that area. You can leave the DIaling mode under GobiNet.
If you did flash it, you will need to find where to change the APN setting and attempt it that way. I hope that was some help.
@Miketech41 is there any chance you have been able to get this working on a Verizon chip or PagePlus. One that performs CDMA? I get too many dropped packets so the server disconnects and the internet goes out after about 15-20 seconds. I know dialing mode requires PPP for it, but have not figured out how or why it is dropping so many packets. I saw a fix for linux commands but still working on it here. I have the original firmware and don't want to ditch it unless I know another firmware will work.. Thanks for your time and viedo!
hello I have same model zbtlink WG3526 -4G but when I insert sim card lights not indicate only PWR and SYS lights, and SSID is not showing in my computer wifi network list.( I am using I Mac } please help me to correct this issue thank you

Mike mine didn’t start up like that once I put in the 192.168.1.1 it came right up to the login screen. But can’t get the app right, the box under ( More module information ) where it saids Device name /IP address have nothing and MAC address has nothing Total upstream flow has 0B Total downflow OB and Elapsed time has nothing. My other KuWfi different model started up just like this but once I put the APN hit save in it let up that box with everything. Do you know what APN I use for AT&T Service. Would very much appreciate any help you can offer.

HI GOOD DAY, i have this device, but doesnt have 4g in the model no. will it have 4g if i put my own module? i am trying to put module in it but it doesnt recognize the module... what can you advise?
Check that your cell phone provider and cell phone towers are capable of putting out 4G in your area And make sure the modem you have install is supported by the software only use modems that you have seen of their people use and know will work
Sometimes the cell phone signal is incapable of Reaching you and so double check with a regular phone to see if 4G is available in area
Modem not being recognize is a little bit harder make sure you buy modem their works and your country not all modems work in all countries Make sure you buy one that works with your cell phone provider not all work with all phone providers And make sure you do a clean install Of Firmware With new modem installed I recommend buying modems only from LTEfix.com they have good support with the modems that they sell

This worked great but now I can't get in -- I have no idea what the password is. NOT - root, admin, rooter,rooter2017, 1234567890... no idea!
