That's actually what killed my last run, I was bickering about it in the beginning because I assumed that by pointing out that he is a human trafficker using the cross-examination between the news bulletin and his name that instead of arresting him (which eats up time), I can just deny him and be on my merry way. So it turns out that it only gives you the option to accept or detain him, not deny him. And thanks for the sub, cheers!

And jorgi at the very end here, you checked him instead of passing him! Still, ive always wanted to see a papers please speedrun ans im very happy to see such a godly one

Its actually faster to intentionally let smugglers in to get the day to end before 6pm and it adds a lot of complications making the speedrun much more interesting if you allow citations

It is Impossible with no citations Because when Jorji comes, if you Let him in, he Lets you take his Passport and you get citation for unauthorized confiscation and if you Don't Let him Pass, you Still get a citation Because the citizen's data in Passport was ok
