THE MOVIE IS TOO GOOD 10/10 ! the cinematography, special effect, casts and ost is all perfect ;A; and the ending scene makes me teared up ;A; this is second time that Deng Lun stole my heart (first time was in Ashes in Love ughhh my heart) .
For those who curious, this is not BL , but may I say bromance with hints of BL (as always duhh) . But there is no main female lead to interrupt their moment so you can watch in peace XD

For those who are not aware, the teaser trailer for the sequel has been released in China. On RUclips there's only one in low quality clip if you search "Yin Yang Master Sequel" but make sure to use the filter based on the most recent "Upload Date". Even in the particular teaser Qingming is screaming for Boya, so if this isn't BL, then I must be the Queen of England 😌

They really casted 2 of the biggest costume drama male leads and put them together, I love it 🥰
People are making CQL references but this film was more obvious about the romantic vibe between the leads despite being a bromance in canon. Really liked that they explicitly hinted at Qingming's bisexuality. Love this edit, stellar job as usual

Omg I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one that noticed their chemistry and the tension. I also thought that they were like a parallel to Fangyue and Zhongxing when they were standing at the place where Zhongxing gave the knife to Fangyue.

I just found out that when boya said "my arrow is supposed to kill but for you i'll let it be your guide" it means in idiom that he's supposed to kill without him getting harm but for someone whom he really wanted to protect and treasure, he will be the sacrifice and willing to get killed.
I randomly watched this movie one night and it’s so good I was literally so shocked at their chemistry. I didn’t want them to part ways 😭
OMG this movie.... it's ruined me and I have been obsessively rewatching it. Thank you thank you thank you for this fmv! The song fits so perfectly for the character arcs for these two and your edits are so lovely.... This story is such a beautiful sprint from enemies to friends to soulmates (*cough* lovers *cough*). Take off the heteronormative glasses and it totally looks like a love story (even ignoring the crazy chemistry between the two), and you've also got these neat little parallels set up between Boya/Qingming and Master Zhongxing/Princess Zhang Ping with the themes of protection, emotional farewells under the same cherry blossom trees.... I really hope you'll do another one with these two, there are so few Yin Yang master edits on youtube and it deserves waaaaay more attention and love.
My two favorite actors, they are the reason I watch Chinese Dramas. I started with Ashes of Love & my second drama was Eternal Love. I can't tell you how many times I've watch these two dramas❤️❤️❤️

Just watched this movie on Netflix and the entire movie was basically about the serpent guy, the Empress, and these two helplessly pining for each other for 2 hours straight (gay).

This video did a great job highlighting how wonderful the movie was. It's why I've not watched the other movie on Netflix (The Yin Yang Master); I'm afraid that it'd be perfectly fine but overall disappoint me, failing to live up to the cast & visuals of "The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity".
