Mika is 58, just starting to feel old injuries, losing his cool under the pressure not a bad guy just switching the love from the game to what it provides.

Mika totally called the combination lol, also according to the tournament rules, it was the obvious shot he was shooting, De Luna was just trying to get at the table and make a scene out of it. While Mika may have acted childish after his deserved continuance on the table, he deserved to stay at the table.
You would think these pros would remember the day when killing the que ball in the center of the table on the break gives you shot opportunities and prevents scratching

It gives off an inherent distrust and lack of respect that you are worried your opponent will cheat

As for Chris’s perfect pause on his back stroke,that was used Famously by the “Riffleman” , Buddy Hall for more than 50 Years. I see many instructors even teach it now, and all at least refer to it. I can recall when most players And ,instructors thought it to be an abolition, and were just short of ridiculing Buddy. Buddy and his “Pause” is now one of the most revered of Players ever. Mika draws like none other. He plays all or nothing. Because of this, position play is a little so and so, so he gets angry, bacause of "bad luck". He really should be called "Cry Baby" or "Earls lost brother" instead of "Ice Man". But, yes, very entertaining when he is "on" with a fast play.
Mika couldn't break a window in a glass house with a nuclear bomb. Chris felt so bad he gave it away. Rack 13, on the 2, safety stop shot behind the 9 and the match is over.
Let me guess. These pockets are probably 3". Lol. Pockets didn't go down in size for over a hundred years. Now all of a sudden they've reduced over an inch in the last ten years in increments of a quarter inch at a time. It's ridiculous imo. I played at a pool hall that had a few tables at 4" and the rest were 4.25. I made it a point to walk around and ask people what they thought. Not one person enjoyed playing. These were just random customers. Not serious pool players. But people aren't going to want to play with the sizes getting smaller and smaller. I'm comfortable now with 4.25". But 4" is just ridiculous. That will make the game unenjoyable.
It's only a reason for that man.....the level of the game in last few years has litterally increased, so this is only the consequence of that, and i approve. But i speak from an ex pool player of A series in Italy, and can understand that the normal people maybe find that frustratingm but if you enjoy the game a minimum, you're ideas will change fast ;)

Pros were playing on 4.5" pockets, same as 7' Diamond tables amateurs played league for years. 4" is the right size for the pro level player.
