Happy Birthday Lan! 29! Man that age was a long time ago for me lol. I remember turning 30 and feeling on top of the world. Then again when I hit 40. 50 was sorta of “like woah” and then 60. I’m almost 62 now and still feeling awesome. Meryl!!!!🐱

I'm 36, and and the last few years of my life have been both a time of self-discovery, while simultaneously being a time of settling. I know 30 is a year away but omg early 30s are the BEST! I loved them so much. Of course there are ups and downs in life in general but I just feel like I reached a new understanding about myself in my early 30s so I'm excited you're inching closer to that chapter!
AIRWRAP TIP: try using a Mousse before! I suggest the bombshell from Amika! Your hair is too soft to hold the curl and needs some grit/texture to help hold your curls!

Girl I am 33 and it's most freeing feeling of my life. I don't care about comparing myself to 20 year olds any more, most people my age are dealing with kids and I don't have kids so no comparing myself to other moms. It's just me my cat and my boyfriend of 12 years now. Being in my 30's is amazing.

Here’s what I discovered from using the hairwrap, hope it helps! First, the lenghts have to be on the wetter side, not dripping wet but more than what I saw from this video. I have a spray filled with water i use to re-damp while going. Second, even my hair type, which is thicker and naturally wavy, needs some product to help the longevity of the curls. That said I don’t have a specific one to recommend because everyone is different and obviously you’re needing something else. It can be a very light mousse or a styling cream but a bit sticky, (I personally use Osis tame wild because my hair is a bit frizzy) this is the hardest part because you have to try a couple of products to find what works for you. And also I won’t use anything hydrating before blow drying but maybe as a finishing product (oil or cream). Oh, and Happy birthday! 😘

Try not using conditioner or any hair product that will make your hair heavier, when using airwrap
Allana Airwrap tip freshly washed hair put some charles Worthington fuller thicker mouse in brush through then spray got 2b salt spray in and brush through. Make sure it's 80 percent dry then airwrap it. It won't be crunchy you will get 3 days min out of it

When I curl my hair, I spray a light mist of hair spray and let it sit for a little THEN brush it out. Maybe try a comb with your hair 😘💜

As a dark brown gone platinum blonde several times who also has extremely straight hair that falls within minutes of styling… I find that my hair styles and holds better when bleached. This might be part of Victoria’s hair magic.

@@cannsmith she has highlights but she isn’t like heavily platinum blonde is all I mean. I have baby lights throughout my hair but when I was fully/heavily bleached there was a night and day difference to how my hair would hold a curl. 🤷🏼♀️Just an anecdotal claim.

For me it is 1000000% about the products when I use the airwrap! I use a gel mouse for the roots, and heat protectant on the ends, and then IMMEDIATELY after curling/drying I spray with flexible hair spray. I also think you have to hold the curl longer than you think and also cold blast for at least 20 seconds

DYSON AIRWRAP TIP ✨ -
When hair is wet prep the hair with L'Oréal Pli, spray a generous amount from root to ends.
Another tip, if not pin curling, don't brush or touch the hair until it's cooled down and instead of brushing once cooled, flip hair back and forth a few times 🦋🥰

Yeah, I just turned 46 on the 6th. You do start to get it together in your 30s and trust me, by your 40s you really dial it in. And then you really start to feel old 🤣. Happy birthday!! My only thing that holds the air wrap curls is heavy use of an ultra hold hairspray. Lots of it, so it's key to find one that doesn't feel crunchy after you let it sit a while. Sebastian shaper plus works for me. ❤️

My in-laws have a farm in Maple Ridge and they have ‘No Spray’ blueberries for U-Pick and you can purchase picked ones too.

I've found that my dyson airwrap curls last when I just wash my hair with shampoo, no conditioner or masks or hair oils and I would dry my hair 95% and curl with a teeny bit of dampness. I also cup my curls with my hands as soon as I fix each curl for a few seconds before I move on to the next part and I also leave them undisturbed super curled up until wayy later. The longer the better! I then comb my hair with my fingers when I am ready to leave the house. Can one tell, it's an individual experimental journey 😂😭
