    You made it so simple.

Well, the main thing I think we are here is to experience the human body and human society. I believe that our souls are just a part of god ( The Eternal Source of Energy). So doesn't matter what we do in this lifetime either we live for 100 years or die at 30 our soul will leave the flesh and go back to god. The main reason for us to live was to just experience life the pain the pleasure, all the senses that we have. We were given eyes while some animals were not We were given hands are some were not at the end we are just animals who have evolved and developed into a society that we see today with all this tech and innovation.
BUT in this universe, we r just a very very very small part of it and even if you or I die tomorrow it won't affect the universe much. So I think that we are here just to have as many experiences as we can have before we die. All their responsibilities/rules/expectations are there just because we are humans.

20th 👍. You painted some broad strokes but I agree with your premise. But how do you let go of trauma? Especially as a dude, you're expected to be stoic at all times I.e not show weakness, but we are not made of stone, it's difficult.
"Fun" at college? Ohhhhhh Simran 😂😏 that's open to interpretation!
By the way, don't take this the wrong way, but last few videos you appear a little tired in the eyes. For me, brisk walking definitely helps with my mental health, maybe endorphin rush? Plus I've dropped from 115kg to 97kg in about 4-5 months so definitely feeling better.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but my belief is that you can manage trauma but you can't let go of it entirely, it's more about acknowledging it and that you control it, it does not control you (easier said than done).
For me, it's about being the best health I can be, using my wisdom as a early millenial to best serve my family back home of which I will leave Australia at some point to be reunited with again. It's my dream, my purpose.
I'm glad I randomly found your channel, but I have to ask, are you studying or otherwise affiliated with psychology? Or coming at this from a religious lens? It doesn't worry me either way but a frame of reference (as I am a later viewer) would be nice.
Enjoy your day Simmo (this would probably be your nickname if you were Australian based) 😄👍

Letting go of trauma is deep topic. I already have videos on it. Resolving it gets easier once you really understand why it's there, I'm yet to make a video on that :D And also, you can actually completely let go of your traumas. I've done it. Trauma is nothing but a neural circuit, which still has active emotions associated with it.
And I know I've been looking tired in my videos lately. I'm currently going through a career transition and also focusing on working out a lot lately.
I've created this channel just based out of my own experiences and whatever I learned when I was healing my own trauma and manifesting my goals. I was always curious about creation and how it works. I'm definitely not coming at it from a religious lens.
A lot of people here in India call me by that name :D

@simrankaushik. do you reckon you can link it in this thread? Only because I'm working through your videos gradually because I'm pretty busy these days... I'd appreciate it. Well that sounds promising and look forward to that aforementioned video.
Just make sure that your tiredness isn't nutrient deficiency based or perhaps sleep apnoea. I've been eating a lot of leafy greens I.e Brocci, spinach, lettuce, zucchini and so on, definitly makes a difference 👍
Regarding working out, go for it! My mum actually became a competitive body builder in her mid-late 40s (long time ago) 😲
Thanks for clarifying even though it's all good either way. I hope our countries may make peace with one another one day... My family comes from Sialkot.
Ok "Simmo" 😂 thanks for your response and enjoy your day.
