BLUEBERRY PUDDING - 5 Ingredients, Creamy and crunchy blueberry pudding. A MUST TRY.

BLUEBERRY PUDDING
A quick and easy, 6 ingredients blueberry pudding. This creamy and rich dessert paired with the crunch of the biscuit is a party favourite, with just 15 minutes preparation time.
Ingredients:-
250 Gm Blueberries
2 Tbsp Sugar
200 Gm White chocolate
100 Ml Fresh cream
50 Ml Whipping cream
20 Tea biscuits/ Marie biscuits
Method:-
1. In a pan, add blueberries and sugar. Cook on medium heat.
2. Stirring occasionally, cook till blueberries are soft and mushy.
3. Sieve the blueberries.
4. Put the blueberry puree back in the pan on low flame. Add fresh cream and stir till a slight boil.
5. In a dish add the white chocolate chopped into small pieces.
6. Pour the hot blueberry cream mix onto the white chocolate.
7. Let it sit for 2 minutes and then stir and mix.
8. Cover with a cling film, sticking to the surface of the mix. This prevents it from drying.
9. Refrigerate for two hours.
10. After 2 hours, remove from fridge and the blueberry ganache is ready.
11. Whip this ganache, add whipping cream and whip again till soft peaks.
12. Spoon this mix in a piping bag.
13. In a zip lock, crush biscuits.
14. In serving bowls, add a spoon of crushed biscuit then pipe the blueberry cream mix. Layer this once more.
15. Top with fresh blueberry and serve cold.
16. Enjoy!
