A super delicious, crunchy, sweet and tangy salad. This salad is refreshing, nutty and fruity. It is low in calorie and healthy also packed with the benefits of the seeds and nuts added to it.
Ingredients:-
1 ½ Cup Purple cabbage
1 ½ Cup Lettuce
1 Carrot
2 Apples
2 Tomatoes
¾ Cups Cucumber
½ Cup Capsicum
2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
¼ Cup Pecan nuts
2 Tbsp Peanuts
Dressing Ingredients:-
½ Cup Yogurt
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
½ Tsp Mixed Italian herbs
½ Tsp Black pepper powder
½ Tsp Black salt
½ Tsp Chaat masala
