In regards to Cohen's credibility, I think the best thing he can do is admit to his behavior when working with the defendant, because it's exactly the kind of behavior his boss wanted from him. It's been said that the defendant is complaining that his current lawyers aren't aggressive enough, so it fits the profile.
The best thing to do is condition ourselves to prepare that trump WILL WIN re election, There's no accountability for him in ANY trial. I hope people are not that stupid not to see it anymore, This lady guest at the end says, "it has to be so egregious to put him in jail ". No, he would never be jailed ever for anything. Honestly. His best strategy is to admit to the Stormy and McDougal affairs. The angle that he made a mistake and didn't want to embarrass his wife might just play well with a jury. What won't play well is responding to multiple witness testimonies, text conversations about the affair and cash trails concerning the affair with " nuh-uh. I don't know those women. I'm innocent. Nobody's more innocent than me. A guy came up to me, big guy, strong guy, tears flowing from his eyes and said "sir, nobody's more innocent than you." That kind of thing insults a jury's intelligence and makes them turn hostile fast.
His best strategy is let Cohen continue blabbing on tik tok and it will be thrown out.

But there's plenty of others (Pecker, the accountant, Hope Hicks, McDougall) that are less partisan and will overwhelm that bias.

Jurors usually are due to the courtroom by 9:30 a.m., but the first 30 minutes of Thursday's proceedings are scheduled for a hearing over additional accusations of gag order violations (Trump was already found in criminal contempt for nine violations and threatened with jail time if it continues).
Judge Juan Merchan also ruled Tuesday that court will break on May 17 so Trump can attend Barron Trump's high school graduation, and May 24 will be off due to a juror scheduling conflict.
