Pope Francis meets with seven orphaned Ukrainian girls: “If you can, stop this war”.

The pope met with a group of girls between the ages of 6 and 19 who lost their parents in the war in Ukraine. One of them, Veronika, nearly died when a bomb fragment almost pierced her heart.
