Nick Bosa is much fun to be on this 49ers intelligent defense by no means where ever he is to make a great opportunity or the confidence he has with the defense. Such a great playmaker and to see his best friend Chase Young on this brilliant defense to start it off with it.;)

Kyle wins just enough to keep his job, and hold the Niners to a standard of regular season greatness and playoff mediocrity. We can only hope he's done finding ways to lose big games. The Chiefs, Dolphins, Ravens, Eagles, and maybe even the cowboys, Lions, Vikings would have mounted a comeback given that much time and opportunity in the 4 quarter

He's still basically a rookie. He's now 14-3 as a starter, including 2-0 in playoff games he started and finished. Against the Eagles in the NFC Championship game, he was 2-2 for 19 yards when he was injured and he had the Niners moving well on offense. Then his elbow ligament was torn loose.
He led the NFL in passer rating and QBR last season, but played a bit less than a half season so he couldn't quailfy as official leader. He's led all this year, too. He leads in yards per pass attempt, and has the longest TD pass in the NFL this season . . . so he's not a dink-and-dunker. He's fourth in TD% and has a better interception % than Mahomes, Allen, and Hurts.
Against Cleveland, in the wind and rain, without his only solid O-lineman (Trent W.) and his top two skill position players (Deebo and CMC), he struggled. And this 2023 Cleveland team -- according to the numbers -- is having the single greatest defensive years of any team IN NFL HISTORY. Yet with the Niners down by two at the end of the 4th quarter, Brock led the offense down the field and in to range for a winning, chip-shot field goal. And the kicker missed. Purdy did his job.
Against Minnesota, he played a stellar game (go review the play-by-play on the ESPN or SI websites) until he was concussed in the fourth quarter. Then he threw two successive interceptions on the first two pass plays after the concussion hit. He was doing his job until he was injured.
Against Cincinnati, the entire team struggled.
What more would you like from a guy who is still more or less a rookie? Is 14-3 and leading the team intothe NFC Championship game as a rookie not good enough to be the quarterback? He suffered a broken rib last year against Tampa Bay, finished and won the game, then played hurt the next week against Seattle, also winning. He rehabbed from a major surgery, missed training camp, then started the season strong.
So he's playing JUST well enough to keep his job. And you want to give it to Sam Darnold? Are you actually the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles trolling online?
