I cut down the carbs and eat more meat in my diet and I started losing weight and gaining strength using the X3 program and tossing out the weights and stopped jogging. I also push and walk backwards with a sled to keep my knees as well as the rest of my lower body flexible and strong.

I retired from the military 2 years ago. At 58 I’ve been eating this way for nearly 5 years and physically I’m easily in the best shape of my life - even rocking the abs suited for a body 30 years younger. I keep the carbs minimal, eliminate the sugar, and avoid alcohol. For some it’s extreme but I prefer to be healthier.
