This sermon is more relevant at this very moment given what Israel is about to face than when the blessed Pastor Rogers preached it when he was alive. ✝️🙏✡⚔🛡💯

I grew up with Jesus, Christian day school, and high school, I attended church regularly, but I never really knew Jesus until a year ago (I'm 73 now) when I was asked to lead a small group in Bible study. Leading meant study of the Bible, and through this study I got to know God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit which has changed my life in the most positive ways. I now look forward to the last few years of my life in Christ knowing I will be in His presence in a short while.

This is the sermon I needed to hear. Seeing all this Jewish hatred is so disappointing and disturbing. Our country is under a reprobate mind concerning the Jewish people. Jesus help them. Jesus help us. Amen.

One can love the Jewish people and still have a different eschatological view. I personally think dispensationalism is false doctrine.

However I must ask, WHY is that 'billboard' forever to the left of the screen? And should I seek to purchase a dvd of the message will I also receive it as presented on the youtube channel? I much rather not have that.🙂

That’s 100 percent right. Replacement Theology is a lie from the pit of Hell. Every Blessing we have come from the Jewish people and we even owe them for our Salvation. We owe them more than you can Know. Bless Israel, Pray form the peace of Israel and pray from mercy, favor and blessings for The Jewish people, Jerusalem and Israel. Praise God.

“And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
      ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭8:11-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.”
      ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭21:43‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.”
      ‭‭Romans‬ ‭11:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬
      sounds like replacement to me..
Jesus is the Seed, not so called Jews today.
“Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.”
      ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.”
      ‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:28-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What in the world, we owe our salvation to Israel - not even close, God picked who he picked... had it not been Israel, he would've used someone else - they weren't necessarily deserving, nor are we in this covenant.

    • @alanncsu3243
      @alanncsu3243 2 года назад +2

When Israel sung praises to Jesus as he rode into Jeruselam, he said if the people didn't sing - God would make the rocks cry out... does that sound like Israel is somehow deserving of God's choice?

    • @alanncsu3243
      @alanncsu3243 2 года назад +2

Israel in current day openly rejects the salvation of Christ, we are all God's people in this covenant - salvation came through Christ alone.
Even the old covenant, those people were gathered after death to paradise with Abraham, and had to wait until Christ was crucified - for paradise to be reconciled with heaven in God's presence... b/c w/o Christ, not even Israel could stand in God's presence. No one like Abraham, Moses or David stood at the right hand of God in heaven, otherwise they would've had to step down when Christ got there - so they waited in paradise until Christ came even to reconcile them with God (after the fact).

Jeremiah 31, God has a plan for Israel but it's going to happen when the *people* of Israel accept the New Covenant that has come through Jesus Christ. "The days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when this city will be rebuilt for me from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate," the LORD tells Jeremiah in verse 38, after he says in 33, "The days are coming,” declares the Lord, "when I will make a new covenant
with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah." ALL the people of Israel will come back to their homeland when they declare Jesus as their Lord.

Once the nation of Israel produced the Messiah (whom they killed), God ABANDONED that fleshly nation (Matthew 23:37,38) and REPLACED it with the SPIRITUAL NATION OF ISRAEL built up on the 12 Apostles.
God brought in the Romans and had that nation and His own Temple destroyed in 70 C.E.
Even if any of natural Israel exist today, they have no part in God's purpose. They can accept Jesus as can all other nations.
Acts 10:34 At this Peter began to speak, and he said: “Now I truly understand that God is not partial, 35 but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.

@@JimmySwearengin-bs2fv : According to the Bible Israel ceased to exist long before Jesus came.
2 Kings 17:18 So Jehovah was very angry with Israel, so that he removed them from his sight. He did not let any remain but the tribe of Judah alone.
Once Judah had produced the Messiah as promised at Genesis 49:10,
Jeremiah 12:7 “I have abandoned my house; I have deserted my inheritance. I have given my dearly beloved one into the hand of her enemies.
There is no Israel anymore. What people who live in Palestine call themselves has nothing to do with God or His Word.
I have no agenda. Just sharing what the scriptures tell us.

Covenant theology is Biblical and is really fulfillment or expansion theology. The new testament sheds light on the old testament, including the fulfillment of OT prophecies concerning Israel. Both old and new testaments are inspired Scripture and must be taken together because the new fulfills the old. In the Bible the nation of Israel was indeed God's chosen people under the old covenant, but when Jesus came and died on the cross, He established the new covenant as God had promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34. We read in Hebrews 8:6-13, 10:16-18, and 12:24 that this prophecy was fulfilled by Jesus, the mediator of the new and better covenant. Therefore, all the OT promises made to Israel have been fulfilled in the Lord Jesus, who is the promised seed of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3 & Galatians 3:16-18).
The nation of Israel that existed during the old testament era and at the time of Christ’s first coming fulfilled its purpose of bringing the promised Messiah to all the nations and is no longer a part of God’s plan of redemption for mankind, nor ever will be again. Modern day Israel is not the same as Biblical Israel, but rather a politically created nation by the U.N since 1948 and is not a fulfillment of any Bible prophecy. Jesus foretold of the destruction of Jerusalem in Matthew 24 and Luke 21. That event took place in 70 AD and that ended not only the Judaic age, but also God's dealings with Israel as a nation.
Our focus as Christians should be to spread the gospel to all the world and not only on one nation in the middle east that has no particular significance to us or to God. Under the new covenant all people can come to faith in Christ and be saved, whether they are a Jew or a Gentile because the dividing wall has been removed and all who believe are one body in Christ (Ephesians 2:14). Only those who believe in Jesus are saved and are God's chosen, covenant people. We should pray for the salvation of Israelis just as we pray for people of all nations.

Brothers and sisters we ought to love the lost and hold out patiently for them, but do not be deluded for they are antichrists and having not faith in Christ Jesus neither are they the seed of Abraham.(Galatians 3:29)
Did not Jesus Christ say to the Pharisees: "Ye are of your father the devil,..."??? (John 8:44)
Pray for them to believe on the Gospel of Christ🙏; but please do not fight alongside them 😢.
"(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.)" (2 Corinthians 10:4)
