The teamwork always comes to the forefront. Nice of the homeowner to become part of the team.

Looks as though a new chain for chainsaw would be in order and maybe a new bar. In Illinois the first house I bought had a deck like that one. Who ever built it put the boards too far apart and a lawn chair would fall through. The property had a metal shed and i pried the deck out into the yard and put the shed on top. Built a ramp and it worked for me.

Very belated Anniversary to Emily & Grant. Should have remembered it because they were married on my 72nd birthday. Glad they could find a house close to home. Great content Tom. Keep on keeping on

Tom, there is no such thing as 'too much glue' on ABS or PVC. If you want quite pipes you use cast iron, but stuffing insulation is better than nothing. P,S. I also like your concrete work, wish you were closer.

My older cameras are Osmo action very good and adorable. My newest camera is a GoPro. It’s a little bit better unfortunately it’s a little pricier, both are holding up very well.

One thing I have noticed is that you always have the number of employees that are needed. Many contractors try to get by with one less person than needed. I guess that is why you have few call backs. If you scrimp on labor, your quality suffers everywhere.
