Tom your a jack of all trades little knowledge goes along ways saving that almighty $$ where ever you can,Emily's lucky to have a father in the construction field.
GOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!! I’m a day late finishing watching this one 😖 Tom, you should change your name to Jack!….cuz buddy you are a Jack of all trades!! So cool 😎 that you’re helping out Emily & your Son In Law on their new house…& to have them so close is a blessing…not 525 miles away like my Son is . ☹️ Have a day
Looks as though a new chain for chainsaw would be in order and maybe a new bar. In Illinois the first house I bought had a deck like that one. Who ever built it put the boards too far apart and a lawn chair would fall through. The property had a metal shed and i pried the deck out into the yard and put the shed on top. Built a ramp and it worked for me.
Very belated Anniversary to Emily & Grant. Should have remembered it because they were married on my 72nd birthday. Glad they could find a house close to home. Great content Tom. Keep on keeping on
Tom, there is no such thing as 'too much glue' on ABS or PVC. If you want quite pipes you use cast iron, but stuffing insulation is better than nothing. P,S. I also like your concrete work, wish you were closer.
Great job as usual and I am looking forward to starting a new car and truck video reviews of all new vehicles and was wondering what type of camera that you would buy t ata would think that you would buy that I should get. !!!!!! Thanks for your help....Tom,..... NJ 😅😊
My older cameras are Osmo action very good and adorable. My newest camera is a GoPro. It’s a little bit better unfortunately it’s a little pricier, both are holding up very well.
One thing I have noticed is that you always have the number of employees that are needed. Many contractors try to get by with one less person than needed. I guess that is why you have few call backs. If you scrimp on labor, your quality suffers everywhere.
In my 35 yrs of concrete we called that a 'Little Lou ",the 25lb sledgehammer was called "Big Bertha".😅😅😅 Thats how we rocked in the East Suburbs. @@Concretewiththehauses
The teamwork always comes to the forefront. Nice of the homeowner to become part of the team.
I love having the homeowner participate in the projects

Why don’t you use heavier hammers when you’re knocking your pins in 🤔🤔🤔🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧👍👍🇺🇸
Depends on what we’re going in if is rocky sometimes we use a little sledge
