We travelled to Queensland from Sydney and that was a very long trip but our whippets had a great time in our car. We made it super comfy for them and many toilet stops and they were absolutely fine. They were just attached with the dog seat belts and dog blankets. We have a four wheel drive and the whole of the back was converted so they had room to all lay together. Great video again thankyou

Aww bless Rosie great video. I was lucky mine was all soo well behaved traveling back to bournemouth. Crystal was from darlighton and no problems. Sapphire out side Cardiff good as gold. Pearl was from Manchester no problems with the travel home. Jasmine was from Halifax she was good too had a little small sick tho but she’s was good apart from that :)
Mine all been brilliant in the campervan even that time in 2013 having my car on a low loader from snowdonia to bournemouth where my engine blew up :( the two recovery guys where I got swooped twice couldn’t believe how well behaved they was as they had to stay in the car the whole 6 hours bless them. I reckon I was lucky with my four. They love the camper ♥️ they get excited if they see the side door open 😂. Awww bless Louie and Rosie there two beautiful whippets ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🚐

@@onemanandhiswhippet it is but sometimes I wish I had only two as it’s hard up against restrictions on how many pets you bring :( but I wouldn’t give up my four for anyone or vans shoes with there restrictions. Louie and Rosie are soo cute 🥰

Great video. My puppy Willow is ok in the car as long as someone is sitting next to her, she has a little bed in the back seat. Pub training is also going well!

Fab video and great advice 👌. Merlin has always traveled in a cage right from the start too, and just falls asleep as soon as he's in there...no looking at the views... I'm sure he's a little bit dyslexic 😉. He's always preferred his own company and only enjoys a quick cuddle but not too much bless him. We love him to bitts though and he absolutely loves finding an object hidden in the house..think he should have been a sniffer dog 😁. How great that your two can look at those great views while resting and such amazing places to play....very lucky dogs 🙏🐾🐾✊💞😘

Great advice, must admit we've been very lucky with our 3 , all great travellers. Jason in particular loves being co-pilot, he's so well behaved 🤗

My girls have got better with age, their not too good on their own as that means it’s the dreaded vet, 😱. Those harnesses are brilliant I bought them after one of mine got bitten by a unfriendly dog but I also got the belly protectors such was my paranoia, oh and a big stick. I just love seeing more than one whippet in a family there’s just something so special about them. 🙂

Some great tips for travelling with dogs and making it a positive experience. My mum's dog (who was a rescue and bit nervous) makes noises most of the journeys, so might suggest some of these helpful tips to my mum. Thanks for sharing! Your whippets are so awesome!

I agree with one man and his whippet, regarding the ruffler webmaster it really is the best harness out there and we have three whippets and we brought one each. So highly recommended.

I have question off the travel subject which I will use all your advise ,soon.. My Puppy not born yet ,next Thursday is supposed birthday . Can't wait!. I was wondering do Whippets chase ground hogs or woodchucks? We have several near my house "buggers". Since I don't have a gun to knock them off always have a nest of them every year . Do you think once my whippet is grown ,will he run them off? And would he be safe from them. We have rabbits and squirrels too I've read about them chasing them.
Hi Pamela exciting times 😁 yes Whippets love to cheers things but they can ask be trained to live with other animals too it’s all down to you doing the training and the dog understanding what they can and can’t do 🙏😁👍
