What's the point, with 0 percent attendance many students will become lethargic and not study, which lowers the competition for those that do. Let it be
If you are better able to study a certain subject on your own , or you don't like the professor for that subject then it is good. Otherwise it is not to be abused. Bits gives you a lot of freedom which can either be your undoing or beneficial to your future. If you just chill in college because of this rule then your cg will suffer and you won't get good placements in the future.
