Thank you - you are amazing! Such easy to understand explanations.
I have had pain for over 12 months and the surgery in in Oct 2023 totally overlooked the spur on the tibia.
It was just done by a different (better) surgeon in Aug 2024 and I'm expecting relief.

Great video explaining this procedure. I'm about to have this surgery in two weeks and this video gave me clarity on the procedure and why I was experiencing such pain. Thank you

Hi, I am a professional athlete that had an ankle injury a few months ago and I’m struggling to recover and retain my full mobility. I may need surgery but I’m not sure. Can you do virtual consultations?

    Hi,
Thank you for this video. I broke my ankle in 2012 and have hardware plate and screws. I recently started having issues while working out. Swelling on the outer ankle, pain and in ability to sit back on my ankles to stretch. Two weeks ago after swelling went down and I though I was better the class was doing side stepping and I felt unstable in my ankle then a snap a sense of relieved pressure then a snap in my knee and I fell to the floor. The doctor said I pulled some muscles or ligaments. I went on to the website to review my medical records and saw I have mild degeneration and spurring at the medial melious. Would I be a canadite for this procedure? I want to run, jump and workout like I used to without fear of falling. My gait is off now too and I have had issues skylight hip psi and drop foot.

Just had my spurs removed top and bottom. What's the chances it coming back and can I play football when it recovers. How long will it take to recover fully

As long as you avoid sprains it’ll prob not come back so easily

Why is my doctor wanting to slice my calf muscle to fix my ankle joint bone spur? Should I get a second opinion?
I cant see wh operating on my calf would fix my bone spur.

I’ve had 3 surgeries on my ankle due to a break I had and the procedures not resolving my issues, I had a doctor say the same thing to me and I was like what and went to another doctor and he offered solutions that more suited what I was dealing with

@@malikontwo7812 you mean he wanted to perform the calf slice procedure (forgot what it's called) on u for a broken ankle??
I'm definitely getting a 2nd opinion. Saw a dude in public the other that must have had that procedure done cause he had a gnarly scar

U know what’s worse? No matter the amount of strengthening, the muscles don’t grow. Lesser proprioception. All caused by a spur that restricts dorsiflexion.

Can this injury heal alone? The pain is literally in front of my ankle and hurts when bent backwards.
