    Respected Dr Mandell,
    Thanks a lot for the lot of information regarding the chronic problems. I am from Pakistan and working as lecturer physics an an educational institute.I like your videos so much because of effectiveness.
    Initially I have left heel pain, but with the pessge of time it trigger my back, shoulder,hip pain as well
    I have following test results from the X-ray
    1: Osteopenic cervical spine showing myospasm
    2: Osteopenic lumber spine showing myospasm
    3: Osteopenic bones
    4: soft tissue swelling seen around ankle joint
    The other blood test reports are as
    1: typhidot positive 5: Uric acid
    2: ESR= 22 6: THS=3.88 T4=70
    3: WBC = 11100 7: Vitamin D3=10
    4: Uric acid = 5.6
    Now I am under the treatment for the following medicines from two months.
    Loxat,Gouric,Spark-D,Neutize,thyroxin,oseobit-k
    Can I use the apple cider vinegar?
    Beside this these medicines game me a good effect but my heel pain is not going away. As my doctor suggest that there is no need of surgery case for this heel pain. Beside these medicines have an effect on my sleep i.e these does not allow me to sleep for the whole night even in a day (if I tried to sleep).I am observing this for the two times in a week (it persist for two days and then get rid of for remaining days).My doctor suggest me to continue. I also feeling that my brain not functioning well during these medicines usage. Please help me regarding this if possible . Or make a video for this.

I run 5 miles daily and about 2 months ago I must have had something like this as I was barely able to walk (I had been wearing the wrong running shoes I think) but it all went away after several weeks...I am so grateful it went away....Great video....Keep them coming....

    I live in Melbourne Australia. I have had incapacitating pain down my right side since my son was born in April 1992. I have had scoliosis since I was about 1967 S-curve about 30° rotation of rib, a dropped shoulder, winged and unstable scapular with a cross body arm swing and right head slant and forward head posture also difficulty learning to write.. I am 64 years old now. I had first rib resection to improve blood flow down my right arm (only a snapshot of a difficult life). I have a diagnosis of dystonia with Cervical Dystonia (for years I didn't realise that to turn my head to the right I had to turn my whole torso). I have recently had a full brain and spine MRI and I have among other things spurs and osteophytes along much of my spine. I like walking (walk quite fast) gardening and have always had an interest in nutrition. I have also had a lot of trauma in my life. Despite all this and living below the poverty line and rent a one bedroom unit, I believe I still have a reasonably positive outlook on life most of the time but have periods where I get worn down. I would be interested in connecting with you to hear some of your thoughts in relation to some of the things I have mentioned. Thank you kindly.

    Adjustments and boron for starts. I've just found out and he knew what was going on. Everything now makes sense.

    Dr. Mandell, I have a question. I have a lot of bone spurs in my neck, back. I have severe neck pain. I have tried everything over a 7 year time period. I did have anterior diskectomy fusion of C4-5, C5-6 in 2015. I am having a pinched nerve type feeling in my should blade, pain in shoulder, down back of arm. MRI show a lot of bone spurs. Thanks for your videos as I have added it to everything I've tried. My anatomy is such that my neck x-ray and MRI show I have a very straight neck, no curve which causes the forward posture. I was told with very intense chiropractic therapy (3-5 week/over years) would only be a 10% change (if that) with no guarantee. What can I do in this situation? and still work, walk, and live my life normal? any advice you have as I am 46. I was told at 40 that I have the neck of an 80 year old woman! HELP! I have started with ACV and it hasn't been really long since I started (just a week) I'm hoping it would help?

    • @motivationaldoc
      @motivationaldoc  7 лет назад +1

      Postural neck strengthening particularly rhomboids is important. Anterior pectoralis stretches as well as chin tucks. Continue on the ACV I think that will be effective overtime

      Jessica Reible Hello, I'm the same age, had the same surgery on the same levels in April of 2015 . The only thing that surgery did was take the tremendous pressure off (I felt like an elephant was sitting on my upper back) I still hear crunching, get horrible migraines,fire in my neck and have the exact pain as you!! It's terrible! My chiropractor said I have a lot of bone spurs and asked if I had some type of trauma over 20+years ago and all I could think of was when I was hit by a car at age 2. Does your back also feel like it's on fire in your thoracic area? I was just curious. I hope you feel better soon!! I'm also going to try it. I've tried everything else! I've been in so much pain since I was 38.😔

    • @jessimess
      @jessimess 7 лет назад +1

      I have also started on the garlic tabs and the boswellia tablets and frankinsence oil for inflammation. I think it really maybe helping the pain. I learned the chin tucks awhile back after my fusion from my PT and always do them several times a day. Dr. Mandell, have you done research on trigger points in the body? I have been effectively using the oil along with massaging and pressing on trigger point areas in my body to relieve pain? not to be mistaken with accupressure... Just wondering if you have effectively found trigger point areas and worked them out over time with success?

    Sir My Father facing a lot of back pain from last 3 years. MRI showed that he is facing some kind of intervertebral disk problem. Dr. Told for rest, but he can’t because he is a businessman. He used medicine & he was able to walk to drive & to manage his business by himself .
    BUT three days ago he fell down badly. 😢 & now he can't even stand up from bed by himself.😔
    According to his X-ray report : straightening of lumbar curvature in keeping with muscular spasm is seen. There's reduced bone density with end plate sclerosis. There's marginal osteophytes formation at multiple levels. & anterior wedging of LV1 vertebrae has occurred...
    Dr. Told for 3 months bed rest but it's a very long period for dad. I really want your help to guide me, that how i can help my father for better recovery. How he can maintain his weight these days. what type of food i should use for him what kind of physical activity he should do & how he can get complete rid from this severe pain.
    Please Answer sir.

    I am suffering constant pain as a result of repetitive injury caused by teaching aerobic & strength building exercise classes 2-3 per day, 5 days a week. I believe I suffer from bone spurs in most of my joints. I get severe stabbing pains in my hip area, that are momentary until I change position. It feels like an elastic band (tendon/ligament??) is caught on something (bone spur??) & then suddenly SNAPS & stops hurting. Does this sound reasonable?

    Is it possible to develop multiple spurs in a short period of time? I broke 3 fingers on one hand. Consequently, I had multiple sets of x-rays done. No abnormal growths were noted. I just had my rheumatologist use ultrasound to try to find a reason for hand numbness (pins & needles) despite having been tested (negative) for carpal tunnel a year beforehand. My doctor found bone spurs on every finger and almost every finger has 2-3 joints affected. Some of the spurs are quite large and painful. She believes I probably have bone spurs elsewhere in my body. Have you heard of such a progression in less than 11 months??

    I use pure non processed salt to increase cellular repair. Salt also increases fluid density which receives arthritis pain and promotes tissue repair. .
    So far this is a research topic.
    So; I’ve recently discovered a bone spur on the inside right ankle. I’ll be removing that DYI myself using surgical procedures I can watch on RUclips.
    OBTAINING a local ANESTHETIC will be difficult so what substitution will afford some pain relied from the cutting and grinding?
