I can't figure out why Tony Robbins was so disliked at a stage. Anyway, great to see a genuine conversation that's not faked or forced, could listen to these two for hours
Some miserable people have convinced themselves things have to be as they are. They don't believe in change. They then dislike anyone who is making a living off of promoting it.
Maybe I'm brainwashed, but I 101% agree that how you start your day affects your mood. My routine matters to me. I need a smile, water, and a cool shower.
My morning routine: 1. Wake up 3 am 2. Lotion my entire body with protein dense, vitamin B12, vascular cream 3. Stretch for 1 hour 4. Run sprints up a 32% incline hill 1 hour 5. 45 minute weight training session 6. Mediation in complete darkness 50 minutes 7. Yell outside for 10 minutes 8. Cold plunge 1 hour while reading Sun Tzus Art of War 9. Protein shake (Bolivian filtered water, freshly cut organic silverback gorilla steaks & fresh bamboo tree) 10. Play the piano for 15 minutes Done
Having the discipline to tell yourself I need to take a cold shower now, every morning, and following through with it, doesn't actually transfer to every other aspect of your life, similar things maybe but not everything. For example, a person may have the mental toughness or discipline to go to the gym but not to give a 15 minute speech in front of a crowd.
You should try it, it actually increases your dopamine for a few hours afterward. Some real science has been studied. It would actually make sense that public speaking could be easier because it's not about discipline, it's a neurochemical mood boost to pursue activity.
But perhaps if you have that discipline to do a cold plunge then you would have the discipline to achieve public speaking. Perhaps you never had to give a speech, but if you had to then possibly that discipline would help you do it. He isn't saying if you have that discipline you can do literally anything, but more like if you have that discipline then you can apply it to anything. Applying it does mean you'll be able to do it the first time, but maybe you'll learn quicker than if you just didn't try.

I can't stand people like Tony. He makes his money convincing weak people at low points of their lives that they are helpless unless they pay money to attend and buy his courses that will absolutely change their lives.

My man here is dominating Theo.. what is up with invading his space?
Tony is like 6 foot 6, where is he supposed to go
That’s the masculinity that women crave and men are missing.
Theo is a grown old man and became a boy in the presence of a man.
Tony wearing a RM?
Yes, a rare one too. You get rewarded by how many people you help.
I was going to guess amphetamines
😂😂😂
Why wouldn't it be true?
How many times is this guy gonna save my life? But did you take the Covid-19 vaccine Tony? Hmmm?
