    I made goose jerky about 10 years ago! I had a freezer full of duck and geese and decided to make it all jerky and it came out fantastic. Cool video.

      @@kickinfeetoutdoors I did half sweet and half spicy! Honestly I haven't tasted anything better than goose jerky out of all the jerky I have made over the years.
