Hey! In this video, I will show the process of making a Cuban silver chain. I will make a men's bracelet using a car and other unusual ways. It was hard but fun :)

You def did it the hard way but it turned out great. Now you can just 3D print the links and clasp parts with the special wax type material and then cast it with the investment and then it’s ready to pour. Super easy and eliminates half the work.
I never thought of casting each chain link piece. The other videos from jewelers show them running 1.8 meters(6 feet) lengths of the wire through the draw plate then coiling the wire and cutting out for each link.
casting silver has a problem : the metal is not hardened as when working it. On a "normal" sized chain, it would be a problem. With links this size, it shouldn't :)

That's a great ad for vice grips if I ever saw one. It is extremely hard to pull thick wire through a regular size block let alone a home made one.
I totally didn't expect all the molding that was super cool! Now you can make lots of chains this size. Looks amazing in the end. I'm brand new making jewelry in my garage. I wish I could afford half of the cool equipment you have.

What was the paste you put around the vacuum casting chamber to seal it at 8:12? I've been having trouble with my O rings melting away and ruining the seal. Also how did you make that silicon mould at 6:10? This looks awesome!
