I can watch this process over and over again. Love the way a cuban link chain is made. Its pure art and passion. Thanks @Crmjewelers for this vid and many other like it. 👍
The amount of precision work that went into making that Cuban Link chain is just awe inspiring. Carlos looking like a king at the end sporting his chain. This was such good ASMR I fell asleep half way through !! Much love from London UK.
I just started making jewelry and I took the 3d printing route just until I can get enough to invest in the tools to hand craft. Honestly the patience and time put into this is my peace. Great video, makes me even more eager to get there.
I know this is an English channel but I hope nobody get mad for a Spanish comment, please. I'm pretty sure not to be the only one 😉👍
holy cow, I was thinking that this kind of chains where made by a machine or something like that, im speechless after watching this vid, that's definitely tons of patience, skills and super experience person behind this
The time & expertise thats gone into that 1 chain is just amazing, like they say “your paying for workmanship/time & effort, the years of experience it’s took to gain true craftsmanship” ❤
Never realised really just how much time and skill went into creating jewellery like this, very eye opening to someone as naive as myself when it comes to this kind of thing. Fantastic video guys and props to all the skilled team working in there. 👌❤️
I ordered a 7mm x 22in x 18k from CRM. They gave me a sneak peak after engraving my initials. Expect delivery on Tuesday, very excited. I chose y’all because if the craftsmanship and love displayed in your videos. Cheers from Texas.
Metal smithing is always a lot of work, but Cuban link chains are rather basic compared to other techniques and designs. I do silver smithing and jewelry myself and I know.
Seeing the raw material fashioned by the the craftman is a glimpse into centuries of knowledge refined into a step by step process that renders the outstanding result at the end of the craftmans efforts. .more precious than the chain... The Craftman, recognize you and your extreme skill level.
After I saw Watch Eric’s video which ended with a shot of both the chain and the 18k Rolex, and then just saw your video with a chain that is twice as heavy and has the Richard Mille at the end, I now realize that you’re the new legend, the boss of all bosses
That is the most handsome neck chain I have ever seen. I have a new found respect to all those jewelers out there who put in a lot of effort to make such beautiful things.
🤩 Ty for showing the whole process lots of hours into that, which is good for people that don’t take the craftsmanship into consideration for pricing. Only thing different would be the logo would have diamonds if I would be able afford this. It’s looks great the bend is perfect.. Gratz on your Teams Success!
Brilliant! The latch is fantastic. Beautiful. Wonderful to see master jewelers at work. I make some silver jewelry, but nothing like that! It's interesting to know that with the exception of some electric services like the flex shafts, drills, etc., jewelry making is pretty much the same as it has been for millennia. When you see this process and you see jewelry made hundreds of years ago without the electrics, you really get a sense of the craftsmanship involved. Stunning video! Thanks for sharing!
THANK YOU so much for posting this.......I was mesmerized for 30 minutes and left in awe of this old school amazing craftsmanship.!!! I salut this one-of-the-remaining-few (?) goldsmith, and thank CRM for providing me with me pure joy. Saludos a todos en la família Carlos!
REAL SHIT!!!!!125K+ in Gold net value plus metalworking and jewelry diamond settings Awesome Masterpiece. True Craftsmanship from goldsmiths and presentation from an Industry Visionary and Trendsetter. When I was younger I had a 14k thick bracelet on right wrist and 18k Sub on left wrist, trust me the weight wears on you during the day. I can only imagine what this piece feels like.
A Cuban made the right way, meaning the manufacturing process, as here, in your video, mean the links are WORK HARDENED, this is important, many Jewellers now to save time, like Trax, use CAST links..which are weak, in a crystalline form and not work hardened, and not how a cuban should be made..yours, and a few other companies, are the correct way
Beautiful chain and awesome craftsmanship. I found it interesting how after you linked the chain & started forming it out, it had that copper look to it. Then the video went to a gold tone. I would've also liked to learn how you got it back to it's gold color from then.
Glad to see both sides were filed down. The piece came out exquisitely! I always wanted something like that but the cost, even if I can absorb it, makes you a target!
As a female, I personally do not like those big chunky chains, but each to their own. I prefer dainty chains. I did have a stunning 22ct bracelet that my father bought for me, one of the most beautiful bracelets I’ve ever seen. Nearly all of my jewellery is from my dad, he enjoyed giving us presents so much. I wear things from him every day to remind me of him as he’s gone now 😢 This is fascinating to see. The craftsmanship is just amazing and it’s all completely hand made. Stunning work!
Incredible work! A Cuban for a giant! May I ask two questions? What was it that you put on the wire after you annealed it? And what did you plate the chain with? Thanks!

You guys should record every time a big boy chain is being produced. Love it for some reason
We've actually spoken about that multiple times 😉
This is no longer making jewelry this is straight up blacksmithing haha those links are huge to work with!

Only 27.26 mins man to make that bad boy
@@veganbutcherhackepeteroh, you're one of those guys.
Yeah it would be different if they were mass produced but this is 100% custom
Really just exceptional craftsmanship. I missed my calling as a jeweler.
Also, whoever did your video deserves a raise! Great cinematography!
The craftsmanship is amazing. If you think about the value of gold and the quality of the work that went into it, buyers are getting a deal.
It's fascinating watching such skilled people working. Amazing, really. It must be very satisfying seeing the end result of your labour. 👍

Insanely beautiful! The work to create and make this chain, is excruciating!
Indeed it is my friend. Indeed it is.
I clapped when your jewler fired up his own crucible, to make the pin. Wonderful work
Thank you!!!

Video really shows the level of detail it takes to create something like this.
