Possible series perhaps? Using period-correct cars to have "bank robbing" scenarios? Like the Crown Vics and a 2013 Miata, or the RS6s and one of the Hellcats for example.
Or maybe do a Smokey and the Bandit episode with the Trans-Am!

There are no TVs or radios in the back. The Transit has been smashed so much all that remains is glass filings and wood splinters
i own a 1964 Imp Deluxe (1 of 8 mark 1s left) im so happy to see that there is a imp in a video game even more so in a forza game

Do a 15hp and a 35hp rally race. No other restrictions, see which car is best, and who can tune their car best. Because power is limited

I'm kind of surprised by the amount of bullying the little Imps could do to you. It was the same in the other Transit chase with the sedan pushing you into the walls.

The Transit should have been able to push the Imps out of the way much easier! Also outrun them with ease!
It should have been like mosquitos annoying an elephant... this was more like a pack of wolves hunting an elk!
Alex could have put The Hunt in the title and capitalized on whatever youtube science is making them so popular but he didn't because he's the realest out here
My grandad used to have a Singer Chamois, which was basically an even worse Imp. He had to get out and push it up hills if he stalled it.

The Imp actually makes for a good rammer / van-botherer, being rear engined 'n all.
This reminds me of "Gauntlet" races they do in the US, where a bunch of compact cars chase a small bus or a van around a dirt oval and try to stop it from completing a certain number of laps. I saw a few of them on TV years ago.
So british of him, in the middle of being chased and still has time to thank a Land Rover.

No, I don't. I just checked, the 1970s appear to have been firmly on Detroit's downhill slope already...
I mentioned Detroit for its car industry, but other places may make for a better game :)

Damn it's more fun watching these chases than playing the game...and the game is wonderful. And gotta love the transit...uphill it was being overtaken by stationary objects.

This is basically like a cross between the Blues Brothers and the UK TV Series Heartbeat. At the end of the chase, it will be apparent that Bernie Scripps was behind it all.

That’s why bank robbers also used Jags. Also worth remembering that the 3.0 Essex V6 engine was an option for a lot more power in a transit.

I'd like to see these policemen with organised tactics and roles.. For example, they send out people patrolling the city and are in charge of following the getaway driver.. others join in as interceptors with the job of ramming the car while others join in acting as road blocks or try to do head-on crashes.

These are great fun to watch. I'm getting old and nerve damage makes actually playing difficult, bit it's still great fun to watch. I prefer these Forza Survive the Hunt videos much better than the GTA ones.

the V4 in the transit was quite an interesting motor.. I however know a guy who put a sierra cossworth engine in one.. its A LOT faster
Idea for the next chase; Upgrade the horses and handling of the Transit and make it black, fit for a full on bank heist. And then have one police officer drive a Jaguar E-Type police cruiser (or something else era correct that you can put lights on and has a bit more go)

You should start all the police cars at different parts of the map so they get to the chase at different times and don't all come around a corner like that.
The Transit was basically a Cortina chassis with a big body on it.

You should try playing dirty sometimes. Like braking and letting them smash into the back of you or squashing them against the side of the road or pushing them about. With cars that small it would've been really funny. Love your vids :)

The reason the transit was used is cause the escort engine was the same size and dropped in and gave it a massive speed boost. so to make this realistic u needed to do a massive engine upgrade

Haha this is great, love the video! I tried chasing a transit with some imps a while back, its surprisingly fun given how slow the vehicles are. I also found the transit is a lot faster if left on the limiter in 3rd gear instead of using 4th.
Awesome video Alex.. this could be a pretty awesome series, you could do this with various robbers cars, like a MK2 Jag and Lotus Carlton, Sierra Sapphire etc. Great video as always :)

I used to own a transit just like that (same colours as well) it would do 80mph no problems stock.
This has made me decide to go get Forza Horizon 4 for the laughs :)
