Use steel plate in place of Aluminium. Aluminium mixes with food in small particles while using sharp knife on it.

When it's not heated it's safe.
Aluminum is used every damn place in millions of ways. You’ve used tinfoil right? It’s not Tin. Cookie sheets, pizza trays, most kitchen metals are aluminum bc of how cheap it is. Is it unsafe to eat? Yes. This method is not able to get you sick.

Should be use SUS316 plate , because aluminum plate more soft than your tool.
You will get some powder from aluminum plate.
Everything is aluminum. Pizza trays. Cooking sheets. It’s in every single restaurant and get far more use then you think. Heated or not.

The water in the cooling circuit will be warm in a moment. This will reduce the efficiency of the cooling cell. You will need to cool the water.
Just replace the water if you use it very long

How cold is Your tray? Are such strong peltier modules required? Assuming I can cool water with a lot of ice can I use 12710 or 12712 modules? My power supply is old bequitet PC power supply which provides 600W tops but I dont want to have it working on full power.
