The skewers of normal steel also release iron hydroxide (rust) into the meat. better stainless steel and Tig welding. the sheet is too thin. it deforms with time. the engine and the fans are too close to the glow. Both get too high heat radiation. Color of skewers and barbecue! that's poison too! and the grill is too low. why not at hip height? but otherwise brilliant idea. Greetings from Germany.

I just hope it is high temperature food safe paint specialized for grills!!! and not just random spray can because If this is regular paint will release nasty carcinogenic chemicals as it heats up/burn so good luck
