Man this guy turned it around. Good on him. He did seem to have a much better attitude at the end of the episode from hotel hell, but I guess it was genuine, and he really put in the work and did a lot better.

I just watched this guy on Gordon Ramsay's Hotel Hell. Same hotel different attitude and direction, I'm impressed
