I have this on DVD, very expensive. Siegfried is my least favourite part of The Ring, but if anyone can change my mind, it's these two. Heavenly.

Siegfried Jerusalem is even better here than in the Met recording!
I think Siegfried should sing a high C with Brunnhilde. It will sound like when soprano high C meets a tenor high C.

I don't mind her lightish voice. Better than those croaking, shrieky, wobbling crows that sing Brunhilde these days.
I must say waiting 10 years for a ticket to see such awful costume, stage direction, and scenery ... makes you think twice.
