He is a great actor back in 80's, song writer, record producer, tv host, judge and mentor as well to some reality shows like The X Factor Philippines season 1. He is a musical icon and institution in the Philippines. A total performer (you should see him dance). He is an excellent singer, dancer, and composer all rolled in one package yet stays conpletely planted on the ground and dedicates everthing to God. The whole country looks up to him.
Gary Valenciano also called "Mr. Pure Energy" is one of the greatest, fundamentally expert, legend vocals/artist in Philippines music industry. Filipino's used to hear this kind of musicality from him (and other Filipino artists) since 1980's and that is why many perceived his songs (made many Filipino's sing karaokes) from ballads, lullabies, pop, rock, name it. Some of his talent-calibre artists are Regine Velasquez, Martin Nievera, Ogie Alcasid, Pops Fernandez, Sarah Geronimo and many others. BTW, he is a very nice dude.
I hope you now recognize him as one of the jury members in YFSF. Remember, he was teaching the TNT Boys how to dance to STAYING ALIVE. Gary’s so energetic, he is called Mr. Pure Energy. He loooooves to dance, that’s why, like his idol, MJ. He still dances like crazy despite a long and continuing battle with diabetes.
He’s been in the biz for decades already, starting in the early or mid-‘80s. So Gary is just one of the few artists who’s done dance songs. BUT he is also well-known as a balladeer and composer. He writes love songs and religious songs. He’s acted in several comedy and drama films...You can say Gary is a truly versatile artist. If you don’t see him in more recent YFSF vids, it’s because he unfortunately had to go through a heart operation.
Anyhoo, you mentioned about him hopefully going there, and about his manager. Well, the wifey’s been managing him for decades, too. They have three talented kids, one of whom is the Super Selfie guy on RUclips.

He actually hasn't changed his appearance since the 90's. Also another tidbit, the most popular christian singer in the Philippines. If you take a look at all his popular music, if you look at the lyrics you can see the messages. Its a way of preaching Gods teachings without hitting you over the head with it. He came to the UK in 2015 and performed with ASAP in London, he also came to Barrio Fiesta in London in 2014. He never changed, Mr. Pure Energy. I was in my teenage years when I first watched his concert, every single one in the stadium danced to his tune! I got home that night and the energy still so high from his performance I couldn’t sleep 😂

I loved your reaction, how mesmerized you are to his performance. I always watch your videos and this is one of the best reaction I've seen. Gary Valenciano is one of best singer here in the Philippines. He is a great actor back in 80's, song writer, record producer, tv host, judge and mentor as well to some reality shows like The X Factor Philippines season 1. Even though he is type 1 diabetic, he defies it and proves you can beat anything if you have passion and loves what you are doing.

I love your reaction💝 Gary V is a total performer👍 He underwent a heart by-pass last May 6 (my birthday😁). T'was a successful procedure and he's now recuperating. He is one of the judges in Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids where the TNT Boys are competing with other talented kids.
