There are many (about 50,000) gangs all around the UK. They are basically Drug mafias who pay teens to get involved in drug dealing basically as 'drug mules' These gangs fight with one another when one gang tries to do business in some other's area. They have basically divided whole of the london between themselves. These fights for territories is called 'Post Code War'. They attack the members of another gang when they think they are trying to steal their territories using knife, guns, swords or any thing regular like baseball bats. Often innocent school/college going teens come in their way and get slaughtered. These gang members are mostly teenagers so they don't get severe punishments for their crimes they always have a chance to get away with murder. I think in this video, this boy (Tom Felton) might have been one of those gang members of gang 'Chad Green' for a period of time then ofcourse he might have realised that he is not on the right track since his brother got attacked and was paralyzed. But later on this patient might have killed his crippled brother to take revenge from this boy for being a part of their gang and then abandoning it. And in response he (Tom Felton's character) might have attacked this man and tried to kill him but he's ran and reached the hospital and he (tom felton's character) has come with the sole purpose of finishing him (the patient). They have basically shown us that these boys even though they make a decision at certain point of their life to leave that criminal life. They are dragged straight down in the same mud again. They don't have a choice.

I literally called that! When tom came bursting in I said to myself "i bet he's gonna pretend to be worried about this dude then rip out a tube or something so he dies" and I was right! That was really good though, I enjoyed that very much.
At first, I thought Tom’s character was pretending to be the brother of the guy in the hospital bed, but for a totally different reason. When he got defensive and angry at the nurse, I thought it was because she was insinuating and had figured out that they weren’t brothers, but lovers given how tender she’d seen him be before with his “brother”. That and maybe in the past she’s seen his brother or knows the family from afar, and recognizes that the guy in the hospital bed can’t be the brother, but a boyfriend. I like how the actual story unfolded a hell of a lot better though! Great twist for a short film.
