Great tips! You are absolutely correct; a sharp knife is dangerous when you aren’t paying enough attention or practicing proper technique, but a dull knife is always dangerous. Personally, I prefer the stone method because I get really good results with it (Sharp enough to shave with), but there is nothing wrong with using a machine to get low effort, fast, and repeatable results. And I agree with you on the thermometer, they are invaluable. And if you roast or grill often, I think a Bluetooth thermometer is an amazing addition to your arsenal. I get perfect roasts every time with no particular skill or experience. P.S. I recommend waiting a bit longer for the steak to cool down a bit before cutting it, otherwise you are losing a lot of the juices when you cut it too soon.
Yes to be honest it depends on what you usually cook. I chose the smart ninja grill xl because it has a meat thermometer built in and i can throw everything in at the same time. My brother has the ninja oven because his wife bakes more than anything else. Ninja products are nice because they use a ceramic coating on the inside!
I don’t think I’ve ever signed up for a newsletter this fast in my life.

Waiting is always the hardest part, noted though I'll wait a little longer!

You should try a Japanese kitchen knife. You’ll never go back to regular knives again.
Nice video but even better a cool t-shirt, which brand it is?
Hopefully in one of the cupboards you have an air fryer hidden. It changed the way how i cook at home lol.
I'm working on it. Thinking about a Ninja. It has dual chambers and you can use both at the same time. Decisions ?!
