If you have a fast ship you can bait Alexander to shoot it with nukes and doge them by going to the side. Go full trottle on the side of the alexander and go arrount it, it lacks the trusters to turn fast enought and will waste all internal nuke launchers by hittim himself.

@@ajpuzzleferret You can perfect Alexander with a 40k ship. It's design is awfull.
It didn't need to split itself into 2 because probably if you got into range, you might have been in range of the nukes and you still don't have enough point defense to stop all of them. Basically you chickened out even though you had a save. Never chicken out if you have saves, how are you supposed to learn.
:D I don't like those nukes :D especially in large numbers :D
@@ajpuzzleferret How are you going to learn how to counter them if you don't let them fly so you can try to stop them.
@@shiijin Pretty sure countering them involves using the support struts, shields and lots of hull plating :D Problem is that's all against my light weight ship design :D
