too late, ya got GENOCIDE JOE BIDEN - - - Decades back, in late 1972, South Vietnam and the United States were winning the Vietnam War decisively by every conceivable measure. That was the view of our enemy, the North Vietnamese government officials. Victory was apparent when President Nixon ordered the U.S. Air Force to bomb industrial and military targets in Hanoi, North Viet Nam's capital city, and in Haiphong, its major port city, and we would stop the bombing if the North Vietnamese would attend the Paris Peace Talks that they had left earlier. The North Vietnamese did go back to the Paris Peace talks, and we did stop the bombing as promised.
On January the 23rd, 1973, President Nixon gave a speech to the nation on primetime television announcing that the Paris Peace Accords had been initialed by the United States, South Vietnam, North Vietnam, the Viet Cong, and the Accords would be signed on the 27th. What the United States and South Vietnam received in those accords was victory. At the White House, it was called "VV Day," "Victory in Vietnam Day."
The U.S. backed up that victory with a simple pledge within the Paris Peace Accords saying: should the South require any military hardware to defend itself against any North Vietnam aggression we would provide replacement aid to the South on a piece-by-piece, one-to-one replacement, meaning a bullet for a bullet; a helicopter for a helicopter, for all things lost -- replacement. The advance of communist tyranny had been halted by those accords.
Then it all came apart. And It happened this way: In August of the following year, 1974, President Nixon resigned his office as a result of what became known as "Watergate." Three months after his resignation came the November congressional elections and within them the Democrats won a landslide victory for the new Congress and many of the members used their new majority to de-fund the military aid the U.S. had promised, piece for piece, breaking the commitment that we made to the South Vietnamese in Paris to provide whatever military hardware the South Vietnamese needed in case of aggression from the North. Put simply and accurately, a majority of Democrats of the 94th Congress did not keep the word of the United States.
On April the 10th of 1975, President Gerald Ford appealed directly to those members of the congress in an evening Joint Session, televised to the nation. In that speech he literally begged the Congress to keep the word of the United States. But as President Ford delivered his speech, many of the members of the DEMOCRAT Congress walked out of the chamber. Many of them had an investment in America's failure in Vietnam. They had participated in demonstrations against the war for many years. They wouldn't give the aid.

Last week, the House Judiciary Committee released a report detailing the shortfalls of the Biden Administration in vetting unaccompanied alien children (UACs) for gang affiliation. Perhaps most concerning, the report finds that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) does not request UACs’ criminal records from their home countries to determine whether they are affiliated with dangerous gangs or pose a threat to public safety.
The policies governing UACs have long been abused by criminals and gangs to filter their members into the country. Many of these UACs are not actually minors, but older teenage males. The Trump Administration’s Attorney General Jeff Sessions sounded the alarm in 2017, arguing that our UAC policies suffer from “exploitation…by gang members who come to this country as wolves in sheep[’s] clothing.” Attorney General Sessions also noted that gangs exploit our policies as a means to recruit new members. With nearly 500,000 UACs encountered under the Biden Administration, HHS has come under scrutiny for their failure to properly vet them prior to placement with sponsors.
The Flores Settlement and the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPRA) have made our UAC policies susceptible to exploitation. The Flores Settlement Agreement, signed in 1997, requires the government to release children “without unnecessary delay” to: (1) parents; (2) legal guardians; (3) other adult relatives; (4) other adults designated by parents/guardians; (5) a “licensed program” willing to accept custody; or (6) any other adult or entity that wants custody if there is no other alternative. The 2008 TVPRA, interpreting the Flores Settlement, essentially created a mass catch-and-release program for unaccompanied minors from all countries except Canada and Mexico by requiring that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) transfer them to HHS within 72 hours. Not surprisingly, the result has been a spike in UACs from Central America.

Over the past two weeks, Americans have seen numerous stories about horrific crimes allegedly committed by illegal aliens. The White House commented on two cases but failed to mention a key fact.
The White House statements on the murders of Rachel Morin and Jocelyn Nungaray failed to mention the suspects are illegal aliens - and that they entered the country because of President Biden’s open-borders policies.
Rachel Morin, a mom of five, was raped and murdered while out running on the Ma and Pa trail in Bel Air, Maryland. The suspect is an illegal alien from El Salvador who entered the country as a gotaway, said to be fleeing from justice over a homicide he is suspected of committing in his home country. If the Biden administration had continued construction of the border wall and not taken agents off the line and moved them to process illegal aliens, there is a good chance he would have been caught. Or, if President Biden had never opened our borders, this illegal alien may never have tried to come.
Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl, was found strangled to death in a creek in Texas. Two Venezuelan illegal aliens have been arrested in the case and face capital murder charges. They allegedly lured Jocelyn under a bridge, where they assaulted her for two hours before killing her. One of the suspects crossed illegally into El Paso last month and was released with a Notice to Appear (NTA). The other suspect arrived in El Paso in March and was also released with an NTA. Instead of using ICE detention space and placing these illegal aliens into removal proceedings, they were released into the country as has become so common under the Biden administration.
In addition to those two horrific crimes, an illegal alien was charged with raping a 13-year-old girl in a New York City park in broad daylight. Prosecutors say the illegal alien admitted to filming the attack after he bound and gagged the girl. He crossed the border illegally in June of 2021, where he was processed and released. The alleged rapist was ordered to leave the United States in 2022, but nobody enforced that order. President Biden didn’t bother to release a statement on this case.
Biden refuses to take any responsibility for these crimes, and there’s a reason why. This administration seems to view these crimes as collateral damage in pursuit of carrying out its open-borders agenda.
Instead, the White House issued a statement offering “condolences” to the victim’s families and said the suspects should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. The administration did not offer any policy solutions to prevent future tragedies.
While nothing can bring back Rachel Morin or Jocelyn Nungaray, President Biden had a chance to admit illegal aliens are accused of these crimes and take responsibility for his failed border policies.
The families of the victims deserve better. Rachel Morin’s mom, Patty, expressed outrage with the president, saying, “President Biden hasn’t really showed any concern for anything the American people have voiced on this issue. It’s like he’s sitting in an ivory tower, and we’re just down here. He’s not connected with the everyday person.”
In the wake of Jocelyn Nungaray’s murder, her mom has demanded a “safer country” and better screening of illegal aliens.
Sadly, Biden shows no sign of changing course after countless tragedies. Americans don’t feel safe in their communities, and open-border officials like President Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas must be held accountable.
We have to ask ourselves if we feel safe with Harris. I say this because, regardless of who the vice president is right now, that person may be President if Biden gets re-elected - even if temporarily. It can happen to any President but he doesn't as mentally sound as he was four years ago. Still, would rather have either of them than Trump.
Republican or Democrat, vote blue even just once to save our country. Vote for Democracy.

I am a 68 year old woman, who is a lifelong Democrat and I support Biden. I also support having balance in our laws and that means we need both liberalism AND conservatism and be able to have civility in our discussions. Donald Trump is not like any Republican or Democrat, he is an autocrat who only believes in himself. While Biden may not be perfect, he's a good man who cares for the rule of law and our nation. Trump is the most dangerous candidate in our history.
