How to fix a gokart. (Left for Dead)

In this video of Trucks And Junk we see if we can get a left for dead $100 go kart running again.and this thing is missing everything it needs to run so this will be a fun challenge so injoy .

Try adjusting the clutch plate via screw and bold right side of crank

Unfortunately, I tried that and it was already screwed all the way in, so that is what makes me think that is the reason they parked it and then never fixed it, but thank you for the help and thank you for watching
