Was wondering if Satechi would make a Mac Studio base. But since the Mini one works, definitely need to pick that up! Great find!
im not sure about the ventilation though, since the Mac studio pulls air from the bottom. they should make one for the Mac studio with thunderbolt passtrough on the back.since I don't think the current dock can saturate thunderbolt 4 and your giving up one of the ports.

I'm just sad it's iPad only if it used a magnetic sticker you could use any tablet you want from iPad Mini to 12.9" iPad Pro or a Galaxy Tab S8 (Which is really popular in Europe) or a MI Pad 5 in Asian Markets.

Love your great video! Just got a Mac Studio and waiting for the Mac Studio monitor to arrive! Got all the options on the monitor. Height adjustable and nano textured finish as I have a window opposite my computer. Have always loved what was once called the “Matt finish” on MacBook Pros. It look really really good so I always sprung for it. Plus I had a very early-on bad eye strain experience with cheap monitors and glare causing headaches. 😣

That Satechi Mac Mini Hub looks so useful!
I was rethinking getting a Mac Mini due to the lack of expandability, but that makes it bearable.
It really is a great little device that adds a lot to a Mac Mini.
Been using it since a friend of mine recommended it.
I am worried about the heat which both devices stack together and the Satechi Mac mini Dock enclose the air vent below the Mac studio

I use Logitech Flow between PC and a mac, and at the same time using Universal Control with an iPad - works great.

Great looking setup! Another keyboard suggestion: Keychron K3 ultra slim mechanical. Mine has low profile optical switches that are so smooth and easy for marathon typing sessions. The K3 replaced my MX Keys keyboard and I've never looked back. Thanks for sharing your setup.

Thanks for this clip. As far as keyboards go for me I am still using my Logitech K750 MAC solar keyboard I purchased when it first came out a few Apple Mac's ago. Does the job I need it to do and I love the 10 key pad. If I was going to purchase one today it would be the Logitech Craft Advanced Wireless.
If I had a Mac mini and added storage in the Satechi Mac Mini Hub I would use it for Time Machine. Also would use the extra ports as the Mac mini does not have any in the front.

Fantastic video! I am currently building my dream stock trading desk. I do have an IPad Pro 12.9, next to my HP 17.3 laptop. Connected to my laptop is another 12’ screen and a 17’ HP monitor above my laptop.
I am going to switch to the Mac Studio and add a monitor in place of my Laptop and connect it all to the Mac Studio.

Faster cut b-rolls, lower length time of the vid. The thumbnail was so clean. Keep doing that I’m sure that should help the audience retention at the beginning with the Hook. I love you Sara but I really wish you can keep this kind of faster editing cause you deserve more traffic cause I wonder about the audience retention when you make vids like 20 mins. I think 10-12 is the sweet spot.
I usually don’t comment even though I watch every vid but in this vid I felt it more interesting by the editing, you went directly to the point in the first 30 secs so one doesn’t feel the need to forward which was great. Loved cinematic b rolls btw. Great job girl.🙌🏻

HI Sara , with the Satechi Dock below the Mac Studio how does it dissipate heat from both devices ? will it get OVER HEAT ??? Its a big concern as from your video it seems to enclose the air vent at the bottom of the Mac Studio.Please kindly advise ! Thank you

Nice Setup! I love logitech. Although I use Dells for my work at home and at my office. I've replaced the dell keyboards for logitech, because Dell keyboards seem to just die on my after a couple of months. I've been thinking about getting the Craft Keyboard, as I've been looking for something to make my workflow a little easier. I use a set editor for my work in Resolve and it's a life saver. But sadly it won't work anything but resolve. I do a lot of work in Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator. How happy are you with the Craft Keyboard?

Awe, you mentioned the G915 TKL but didn't show it... I'm using the new Apple Magic with my Studio for Touch ID but switched from a Corsair with MX Blues to the G915 TKL last year and it's an amazing mechanical keyboard that is a great mix, especially for those use to the lower profile keyboards!

I like the mouse, minus all the buttons. I prefer a large mouse for my large hands, but 2 top buttons and a wheel scroll, that's it.
