- My microphone is pretty much crap, but at least I recorded something that sounded half way decent! Yay!
This is a song I wrote for the dragon race in my series #TalesoftheWovlen.
Being a sentient race of benevolent beings, it is only logical that the dragons would have their own beliefs and myths, and songs to go with them. This is one of those very songs.
This is an ancient lullaby that all dragons know. It is sang to them when they are hatchlings and they learn it by heart so that they may sing it to their offspring. None know who created it, or what it's purpose was. Most assume that it is a song the stars or the ancestors sing to beckon the dragons to come to them.

(*In the song, I used the older version of this poem and sang "wear the stars" instead of "feel the stars". I changed that part of the poem after I had made the song, because "feel the stars" made more sense.)

@@lemonlime2527 That's pretty deep. While we stress a lot about having short lives as humans, I think we would grow bored and lonely having the lifespan of a dragon.

I love and adore dragons. I have been obsessed with them ever since I was 7. They are really magnificent, awe inspiring and beautiful creatures. I truly believe that dragons exist in our world, and that they will return someday. For now, they are hiding and living somewhere completely unknown where humans have never been to. "May our wings forever find your sky."

They do exist, just not on the physical plane. They are incredibly powerful beings that demand respect and can be incredibly strict, but they are also so kind and loving. Everyone has a dragon guardian known as your Mon-Tey. They follow you wherever you are through the astral realm and they shelter you from evil and harm. There are draconic gods and elementals, the most famous four being Fafnir, the fire guardian, Grael, the earth guardian, Naelyan, the water guardian, and Sairys, the air guardian.

This song makes my love for dragons stronger and gives me the strength of a dragon, the bravery of one, and the courage to accomplish my dreams
When I listen to this lullaby, i picture myself as a young child, listening to a mother dragon who took me in to raise as one of her own. I just find it beautiful to imagine.

I have a connection with spirits, and I can feel they’re energy when this song plays, it just grows stronger and.. it is me, I feel like a dragon, like my souls a dragon waiting to come out.
I love Dragons so much. I even discovered that, I was born in 2000; Year of the Dragon. Dragonheart was one of my favorite movies and favorite dragon franchises.

I have never read the series but i keep trying to find the books. Can u get it online, or at a library? I have been DYING to read them because they sound so Epic! (NtM u based this song off it, so it has to be!)

Hi I'm late yes but this is for a book series!? My gosh I'd love to get my hands on them someday, I'm writing my own series as well, called Dragon Scrolls! I've rewritten it a bunch and currently in chapter 3 of my (hopefully) final draft, but it's been five years in the making and I hope it hits off well with the first book.
Also funny fact, Ive listened to this cover for years and yet this is the first time I've realized it's for a book series lol ooPS-

They are a race of humans in my book series, Tales of the Wovlen. Kinda a cross between Native American and Viking. You should read the books to learn more about them! You can find them on Amazon. ;)

The *feel of stars what's the real word there it doesn't fit it doesn't sound the same it doesn't match up
The word there in the lyrics has alternated between Hear, Touch, See, and a few other words. The final version of the song that is in the book, however, uses Feel.

It should be, but dragon speech is VERY difficult to replicate properly, much less sing and record, unless you are a dragon.

Eh. I feel dragons in any universe speak how they please. Most of the time dragons are of a world with at least a little magic. Making a way to even change their voice. But... I'm also a dnd nerd. And well... Critical role dragons, highrollers dragons, etc. Many voices for beings of much power.
