Love how snob drops a Buttercream Gang reference expecting us to remember a review he did 3 years ago. Which we all do because we're all nerds. Brad, no need to ever get someone to film you walking a railway track alone lookin' all pensive. You sir, are a true auteur.
I know it would have broken the formula, but how cool would it be if a Stepfather sequel had the Stepfather pick out a new family to integrate into, only for his new love interest/wife to also be a serial killer?
This step father feels a lot more unhinged than the other ones, feels like he lost his facade very quickly, and he's throwing a lot more tantrums in broad daylight too. Wasn't it a running joke in the first that snob kept forgetting it's a horror movie cause the father acted too normal? This one is obviously insane from the start.
I look at it like this: with each stay in the asylum, they attempt to rehabilitate or even study him but only end up screwing him up more, so by this time, he's ALL screwed up. Or maybe Andy was just an insufferable kid compared to Todd and Stephanie
@@doctorfeinstone6524 Stephanie was just your normal 16 year old girl who didn’t like the guy taking her departed fathers place. She actually tried to warm up to “Jerry” until he had his freak out on his porch. Todd was the ideal stepson. He likes “Gene” and looked forward to having a relationship with him. That is until the wedding day until “Gene” went gung Ho after being found out (in his own fault by stealing a rare bottle of wine from his fiancées friend who he just killed). Andy didn’t trust “Keith” from the start, plus he was nosy and such a brat. “Keith” tried to help Andy overcome his “disability” (which, if you look at this, “Keith” actually did help him walk again, and all it took was “Keith” trying to kill his mother). The scene where Andy is on the ground screaming at Keith after he tosses him the football...heck, I wanted to strangle him! One of my favorite b movie trilogies alongside the “Maniac Cop” movies. However, I always like the 3rd better than the 2nd. But that’s just me.
This is actually one of my all time favorite movies. I grade my all time favorites on the amount of times I have, and will continue to re-watch it and how entertaining it is to me, good or bad. Obviously this is a bad movie, BUT it's GOOD bad movie. Movies like this, R.O.T.O.R., Return of the Living Dead 3, Class of 1999 and a lot of other lower budget movies are pretty damn entertaining. But I have seen this and other bad movies at least 50 times. Don't get me wrong.. I do like high budget good movies like Gladiator, Joker, Zodiac, but you ask me which movie would I rather watch, Step Father 3 or X-Men, and I would take this movie in a heart beat. In picking your favorite movies the best way to do it is ask yourself, "If I were stuck in a bunker for a year, which movies would I be able to watch once a month or every few months and still be entertained?" There are some bad movies like this that are entertaining as well as decently made that would definitely make it to my shelter. I actually have a list going back to about 1975 and when I see a movie I can watch over and over again I add to my list, and then download it and put it on a thumb drive. I make a backup or two just in case the first thumb drive goes bad. Right now I have 75-100 movies and am adding to it to this day.
You know. If this had actually been a prequel showing how the Stepfather went from being a genuinely good step father to a terrifying unhinged psychopath as a result of his first wife being stalked by her ex is weirdly kind of engaging if a bit cheesey. But no they couldn't get O'Quinn so they had to switch to s sequel
They could have just simply used an actor that looked and sounded more like O'Quinn, would have made the plastic surgery angle work better. Robert Picardo and William Schallert are two that would have worked great
Brad's reaction to, Stepfather III Father's Day's time limit. That's too, damn long!😅😁I remember Brad's review of, that crazy wheelchair man movie. I watched that review, last year. Ah good times.😎 Brad:Stop saying daddy!😅😆
I will say that Wightman isnt half bad as the stepdad. But i mean you cant compete with Terry O'Quinn. The wheelchair kid looks like he could be a third member of Wheels and the Legman from American Dad.
On the note of Kieth keeping his murder trophy of the priest. That's actually surprisingly common with killers, and they sometimes take some pretty wierd stuff -- up to, and including small pieces of their victims that they just carry around in their pockets.
One thing I love about this one is the return of the theme song from the first movie in the opening scene. It might be my favorite version of it with how they beefed it up with the orchestral instruments and the more intense sound.
I really like this movie. I first saw it when I was really sick and I was chillin in the backroom drinking apple juice laying on nice big blankets on a couch ^^
3:49- Doc, you didn't turn him into the Joker! You turned him into Jigsaw from Punisher: War Zone! I was also thinking of the "Mac & Me" clip. 11:45- Christa Miller (aka Kate from The Drew Carey Show and Jordan from Scrubs), what are YOU doing here?! 12:50- And let's just hope it's not a sign of COVID-19. 23:17- Darkest. Ernest on the ladder gag. EVER.
Here’s a movie I’d love to see Brad snob: 1995’s _White Man’s Burden_ with John Travolta. It would be totally timely amongst all this national crisis.😎
I have never seen the first two but I do remember seeing the third one, If I remember correctly I was around ten years old. The only reason I remember it is because of the opening and the wood chipper scene.
this stepfather feels like one who just got fed up with pretending to be a normal nice husband and dad and this franchise should've just been one movie.

Hey Brad, I really want to watch some of the old Blip episodes. And since you don't want people uploading them to RUclips, do you think maybe you find some kind of New Player to put on Your Website? It would probably get your site a lot more hits. Please?
I miss my dad.... Rest in peace dude
I can relate dude, at least the Snob makes us laugh
Condolences to both of you and sorry for your loss. That goes for any other snob out there in the same shoes.
I never knew my father. But I was close to my Grandfather he died a year ago a 96
Me too. Five years ago almost exactly.
I know how you feel. Lost my dad 10 years and 2 weeks ago. But laughter wont stop

Nothing will ever top the hilarious title that is 'Make Room for Daddy'
Or "Make Room for Daddy So He can Penetrate You Gently?" idk, I'm just giving suggestions.
I know it would have broken the formula, but how cool would it be if a Stepfather sequel had the Stepfather pick out a new family to integrate into, only for his new love interest/wife to also be a serial killer?
and also kills her stepfamily in the same way. or maybe the stepson turns out to be way worse than he is
That is way too creative for this series lol
Stepfather vs The Black Widow, featuring Damien from Omen as the stepson
That would be awesome 😎😎😎😎😎
@Sacred Sin I could see that. The title could be something like "The Bride of the Stepfather".
Him throwing the football at the wheelchair bound kid is like straight out of a Zucker Brothers movie.

@bigevilworldwide1 I'm aware, but I was pretty young when Three's Company was on, and didn't watch it that often to begin with.
Stepfather 3 the Steppening
I'm digging on that autographed Halloween 3 poster you have there, Brad.
@bigevilworldwide1 I think that has changed in recent times.
