12:18 Flame Meditation is an ancient Indian technique called "Tratak Kriya" which is extremely beneficial for your eye health, usually it is advised to someone who wants to develop sharp focus, concentration, cure eyesight etc. There is a certain way to do this correctly & you need to search it up before trying! (yes it may sound different but trust me) It is really effective for those who can't meditate easily and need an efficient structured way to do that. Basically you need to sit in a dark room, place a burning candle on the exact height of your eyes, then stare into it continuously as long as you can (you can blink, or even choose not to blink and let some tears flow) dont do it for too long, usually 5-6 mins at the start & its not unhealthy if done in correct manner. Hi I stopped watching you for a while maybe a year now.. but recently I've noticed that my slacking off is slowly destroying me. Yes i am more happy now, because ive been indulging in leisure and eating the things i want to... hanging out with friends over studying. but this lifestyle way too unbalanced. I need to restart and set up a goal to do the things i want, get the grades i want, and look the way i want. And i knew exactly who to come back to when im in this kind of state. You are real and unfiltered and amazing and you are definitely good at what you do and thats helping other people get out of these self detrimental pitfalls
cold showers are an amazing way to reset your dopamine, it's not part of my routine but I use it when I get my dopamine messed up and do it for a few days and it does wonders (of course only if you cut out the cheap dopamine for that time too)
Detoxification of cheap dopamine is fantastic, it really forces you to concentrate on what goals you have in mind for yourself, since you completely eliminate those ludicrous distractions from your day to day life. Brilliant video!

I studied , had consistency, never for once showed laziness nor procrastinated and the results were gudd too.. I was at the top of my class‼️😭 But now as my final exam is close to me and is in the ending of next month I'm lazy again..idk guys but this is one of my biggest exams in life and the results matter a lot in it. Please inform yourself about dopamine detox before doing it. There is a lot of false information out there about it (also in this video) and for people struggeling with procrastination e.g. due to depression, a ,,dopamine detox” can be a really bad idea! However, it’s of course not a bad idea to limit your social media consumption, although researchers are quite sure that quitting things like social media for one month for example will not have a positive effect on the addiction to it and might even make it worse

Definitly double check this info, i would wanna hear what professionals gotta say U contribute to teaching self awareness, healing, success. Especially healing, and non toxicity. Which is very important in guiding morals and purpose. Musk believes ai is gonna be smarter than all ppl combined by 2029. Rn, ai is already smart. And historically, tech (especially ai) they say, grows exponentially, therefore ai might grow very fast. We ready got BCIs (brain computer interfaces) in the making, helping with full body paralysis and blindness like neuralink. Basically tech is evolving fast. Idk how succesful it will all be. There r lots of factors like funding, politics So if we gonna evolve exponentially as a race, whats at the end? What mindset and values r companies and ppl gonna have as they journey theough the actual creation and foundations of this tech and new world? So thats where i personally see u go into play. U def influenced my mindset, alrhough not perpetually, ur vids were significant, which is stable btw. I think ur vids, among more things, shaped me into a mora and strong character, and im slowly climbing up the latter to do bigger thing inspirationally boldly and elegantly.
