- Aiden, 14, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) toward the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to visitation restrictions, only one parent or caregiver is allowed into the medical center per patient. Every Tuesday while Aiden’s mom joins him in the clinic for cancer treatment, his dad, Chuck, stands outside and dances to lift Aiden’s spirits. These are the kind of people that actually deserve kids!! I'm so happy to see this after seeing so many cases of neglect, abandonment, abuse and even murders of children. We need more parents like this! Great job dad!! You're a superhero!! 🙂

As an Oncology nurse this gave me tears our patient's don't get to bring their family members to the clinics due to Covid and I see how much they try to be a part of their journey.Good job Dad this is probably one of the things your son looks forward to every morning.God bless you and give you and your family grace as you encourage your son💜

I imagine the hospital windows were full of quarantined patients who all needed a lift during this difficult time. God bless this wonderful father that "didn't care what people would think" and focused on helping cheer up his son. what a special dad.

May his dad continuously have joy and live long to see his grandkids and great grand kids from this child. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors working so hard all over the world. My grandson was diagnosed with Leukemia in December, 2019 - He is in his last protocol, of Chemotherapy treatment, starting in January 2021. This is a tough protocol for him, aged 5, as it will be the same as the first tough protocol when diagnosed. This is a great recognition of the love by a dad of his son's experience in getting through and beating, what is an insidious disease. Well done- Brilliant

Dancing does lift the spirits. This father has the right idea. Last week on the way to the hospital a man dancing on the sidewalk made my dad and I giggle. Just for that moment I forgot how scared I was about my tests that I had to get that morning. I still smile every time I think of that dancing man.
He just made my night. Thank God for Dad’s like him. Prayers for his son’s healing and his strength.
