Thanks for this. I'm currently working on 3 ghost notes (3 x 16ths (?) on 2a, 3 and 3e. You mention using your wrist in the video, but with 3 ghost notes would you think that the fingers come into play a little?

Depending on the tempo, definitely. It is much easier to use your fingers for 3 quick strokes
