    Your life count in this boss fight is your willpower. You start with 1000. Dying solo costs you 200. Dying in a party of 6 costs you 50. Not sure about how much you lose when dying in a party of 2~5. It is shared among the entire party.
    This is the first time in any boss fight ever since before the DESTINY update that I used Final Pact Full for the entire duration of the fight. Hard Seren came close but I was still able to use quarter pact a little bit before the end of the run.
    In this boss there is a gauge, and the goal of this gauge is to not disrupt it's balance. You are starting with 500 for each Hundun, Qionqi, & Taowu.
    Hundun's gauge is increased by taking attacks from Hundun and being hit by the YELLOW string. This also decreases Taowu's gauge.
    Qionqi's gauge is increased by taking attacks from Qionqi and being hit by the RED string. This also decreases Hundun's gauge.
    Taowu's gauge is increased by taking attacks from Taowu and being hit by the GREEN string. This also decreases Qionqi's gauge.
    The goal is to maintain the balance of this gauge and make sure NO peril's gauge reaches 0 or 1000. If one of these numbers is reached, you will lose a great deal of willpower. If you so happen to disrupt the balance of all 3 perils, that is an immediate failure and you are escorted out of the fight.
    Phase 1 (Hundun):
    This is the most difficult room in phase 1, when running this boss in a party the people in this room will have the most trouble out of everyone. Being a ranged class or being able to teleport away from his attacks will help you a ton here. He has a couple of attacks that don't hit you if you are in the very middle of him so playing him from mid isn't a bad idea if you're able to quickly move away from the attacks he can hit you from in the middle. As a Dark Knight, because this room is the hardest one, I did this one first with all of my buffs, burst, and origin fully available so I could get rid of him as fast as I possibly could. I was able to avoid all of the difficult stuff from this entire room due to using Final Pact Full and having it last long enough to defeat him before it ends.
    Phase 1 (Qionqi):
    This is by far the easiest room in phase 1. While Qionqi is alive, he will deplinish the willpower by 20 every 30 seconds. Qionqi has 3 main attacks, all very easily avoidable, and his other 2 moves are flying to 1 of 4 designated spots (he is invincible during this and does it every 20 seconds so time bursts accordingly), and hiding within cracks in the map every 60 seconds and you have to find the right crack he is in within 15 seconds or else he will insta wipe (true death, can't ) everyone on the map. When bursting in this phase you need to keep in mind when he last hid and flew.
    Phase 1 (Taowu):
    This guy is annoying. Not necessarily as difficult as Hundun by any means but the entire concept of luring him to big tesla coils was kind of bothersome. Taowu automatically has a -50% final damage shield on him at all times. In order to do your true damage, you need to activate 3 tesla coils in the form of a triangle by luring him to them (using the NPC chat key in this room helps with that) and having him attack the tesla coils while you dodge the attacks so you don't severely screw up your gauge. When they are all activated, you remove the -50% final damage debuff for 30 seconds when he is in the electric zone.
    If you manage to clear Phase 1 without disrupting the balance of the gauge, you will receive 300 willpower, but the willpower will still cap out at 1000.
    You will also receive buffs for phase 2 & 3 for perils who's gauge you did not disrupt:
    Hundun: +10% Final Damage for Phase 2 and 3
    Qionqi: You are saved from dying from a fatal attack, just like Heaven's Door. This skill will be consumed before Heaven's Door.
    Taowu: You are able to cleanse the debuff that you receive which spawns a very powerful attack under your character during Phase 2.
    Phase 2:
    Phase 2 Kaling is the most dangerous monster in this entire boss fight, theres a reason why you never see clear parties attempt to DPS this phase as often. She absorbs the power of the three perils and each of her attacks that replicate those peril's moves will disrupt the balance of the gauge to a very high degree. If multiple party members are hit by even 1 single attack it could cost you the entire run. She also has an ability where she can trap you in a scroll and you will lose 10 willpower per second for 5 seconds. Every minute there is an fma of Kaling silhouettes that remove 30 willpower each time a party member is hit by one of them. You also need to be actively moving a little bit in this phase as well, as you will often receive a debuff below that spawns an explosion below your character (similar to Black Mage White Curse) that does a great amount of damage. You can walk away from the explosion as it spawns under you and not take any damage. As a Dark Knight, once again, I am able to ignore a lot of these patterns and just dps kaling for a long period of time due to Final Pact Full.
    Phase 3:
    At face value, this is the most chaotic and messy phase in the entire boss, theres so much going on you don't know what the hell to do. Thankfully, there are actually particular patterns that you can pay attention to and avoid various attacks. First thing's first, all 3 perils in this phase only have 1 attack each. Do note that Qionqi's whirlwind and Taowu's lightning attacks are not just randomly casted when activated, they actually only have 2 different patterns and a spot in their areas will NEVER be hit twice in a row, so go to the previously attacked area everytime to guarantee safety from that ability. Hundun will just fire his chains at you, which isn't really too difficult to dodge. Kaling at the very beginning of this phase is not too dangerous, as she only does a couple of medium damage attacks, but it is very important to note that if you are not in the same area as Kaling is in this phase, you will receive 1.8x damage from all attacks and all types of healing is disabled. This phase also introduces you to the passive gauge increase/decrease. Depending on what peril's area you are in, every 6 seconds the gauge will be updated where there will be a small increase in that peril's gauge and a small decrease in the previous peril's gauge, the order of who goes up and down is the same as listed up top. If you fight this boss in a party, and there is the same amount of players at each of the 3 perils, then this passive gauge effect will be nullified. Map hazards include hands being spawned that will warp you to a random part of the map when hit by them, as well as buttons that don't do too much damage when hit by them, but you will receive the same debuff with the explosion in phase 2 if you are hit. This time, the explosion will instantly kill you if you are not near Kaling. When 1 peril dies, she will start to use a very evil looking dog head attack that does a lot of damage and can stun you. It is an insta kill if she hits you with this attack if she is in the area of another peril. After all 3 perils are defeated, she will cast an true death attack every 30 seconds that will occupy an entire 1/3rd of the map. The game will tell you the room of the peril that she is using this attack in.
    This is a much longer explanation of the fight than i initially thought I would comment, but its just about everything I have experienced and read that I could throw down off the top of my head.     Hi Kobe, just a quick question, which Hexa skills should I prioritize first as a Dark Knight main and with limited Sol Erda due to being time-gated. I couldn't find any guide on DK Hexa and I could only think of you with the most valuable DK knowledge and experience. Please send help :D
