There are many participants who impress technically, with powerful voices and almost acrobatic singing. Isak, however, can hit the heart right from the start with his beautiful voice without effort and with his naturalness. I've listened to his performances countless times so far and can't get enough of them. The best voice I've heard in years.
Well said 👍 Some people think its more impressive and difficult to sing with power and scream high notes, but to convey a song with real emotions in the voice and to connect with the audience through the heart, is harder. Not many have that ability.

Unfortunately he chose the wrong songs in the end. He should have chosed songs like this and the one in the blind audition.
The tone of his voice is a head turner. I have watched many contestants of The Voice of different countries but this is the first time I feel like the artist’s sings without trying hard to imitate the original singer of the song he sang. Effortless!

Isak is a phenomenon. His voice is unique, his soul is mysterious. He makes every song a hit❤
What makes Isak stand out from the rest of the amazing singers this year is his ability to make each song unique! With a million ways for this song choice to be a disaster, he found that one way to make it beautiful. I am sure everyone was stunned! I sure was.
This young kid has an amazing tone and control at just 18 years old. I think he could take it all and win. He is my favourite of this season, along with Dag. Dag is ready for Nashville, and Isak is ready for the recording studio.
I think he is the best of last decades of The Voice worlwide. He's touching deeply and have incredible voice intonations. Hope this time winner will not disappeared in the nowhere like almost all the winners of this show woldwide did.
I don't want to just seem like a contradictive person but in my opinion the best of the last decade and all time is Jim van der zee of the voice Netherlands. He also had the best live performance of any country with Vincent with a perfect judge scroe and highest audience score.

Isak has a voice that you hear once and miss it forever. Somewhere between angelic and magical.
It shows you dont need to belt out high notes to impress and show your voice. I prefer voices like this with pure emotions and those who can convey feelings with a warm, silky smooth boice, than high notes and power, any day. Its crazy he was only 17 and he sang all these love songs like he had been through it, but he said he had never had a girlfriend in one of the intros.

this is my first time hearing this song and fell in love with it, but after hearing the original, i wish i heard it before isak's version cause now i want full version, clean recording from isak. no hate on conan grey tho. he's great singer, but isak's tone and singing hits different.
One of the best singers I've heard in a long time. His voice is exceptionally pure. Can't wait for his next performances (it's been 2 months since the first one, come on the voice, we're ready for more!!)

This is absolutely brilliant - at the same time that his voice and style are so unique, I can hear some James Blunt and Radiohead here as well... Even some storytelling power like Jorge Drexler (singing in a completely different language but conveying so much emotion). He is so fresh and current but also old school. Am I crazy? :D All I know is that his 3 performances sound like they came straight from the radio... he's got a bright future ahead!

Isak is such a fantastic singer. The control he has for his young age is incredible. He was 17 at the beginning of The voice, now he has turned 18. He just opens his mouth and the beautiful notes are flowing out. It seems so easy for him. I hope he can write good songs or Espen and Ina should help him. He should be an international star 🥰

@@micheleflanagan5052 Jarle Bernhoft was actually nominated for an American Grammy award for best R’nB album back in 2015. That was when he toured as a one man band. Previously he was the lead singer of a rock band. When he started as a solo artist he couldnt afford to tour with a whole band, thats why he came up with the loop-pedal one man band thing and he was amazing at it. Both Ina Wroldsen and Espen Lind has written a lot of songs for international artists. Espen wrote «Irreplacable» for Beyonce and «Hey, Soul Sister» with Train fex.

If you havent heard about Kurt before, he won the first idol in Norway and won over Kelly Clarkson among others on the only world idol contest ever. Simon Cowell (who was really mean to Kurt in his comments, calling him ugly etc) was mad Kelly didnt win and it was never a World idol competition again, LOL. Btw it would have been cool if all winners from every The Voice around the world could compete to crown a The Voice World winner every year.

Her voice is amazing and I dont get why she isnt an international known artist. Her songs are also very good, but its so hard if you come from a small country and not American, British, Australian or Canadian or have the right connections to break through in America sadly.
