I got my first tractor yesterday. It's an L2501. I got it with a loader, grapple, forks, backhoe, and rotary cutter. I feel like I'm already off to a pretty good start with what I've learned from watching you use your tractors. Thanks for showing me how to do it! Keep up the good work!!
Thomas Lips congratulations on the new equipment! That’s a great package to get you started - you’re going to love it! All you need is lots of time for “seat time”!
Congrats ! That’s awesome! Enjoy
Wow, congrats. Lucky you!
My #tractorenvy continueth...
good luck on your purchase
What a beautiful family! After a long and difficult day, I was driving home and passed the Burger King. Immediately I thought of Hunter and his great smile, and the next thing you know, I'm smiling! So I am grateful for many things, but in that moment I was grateful for Hunter and his beautiful smile and love of life! Thank you for sharing that all with us.....I know I can't be the only one who feels that way.....❤️❤️❤️
Have to add an addition here - that was one of the best endings [ closings ] I have seen in long time. Very well done.......
Burn that scrap and don't look back. Can't please everyone Mike, you're doing a fine job and making YOUR place better. Love your work and your videos. Thanks.
All the video was just fine... the girls made it a family having fun together and that is priceless.
I like the build the wall comment at the end. It is nice to see Hannah and Eva hang out together. Hi ladies!
Great to see you using the burn pit! After seeing it “built” it is nice to see how handy it is. 💗
Here in Northern California we don’t have to work at making a burn pit. If one just waits, a wildfire will blow through at some point a clean all the brush out. Of course, it will also burn up houses and everything else! Seriously, I’m jealous of your pit and the convenience it provides for maintaining your property. Have a day!
😂
Way to go Eva! The baby of the family never makes a mistake! We can do no wrong!!!! Baby of the family forever!!!
Love your music selections. Just another reason to watch Outdoors with the Morgans😀
A little rain does a wonderful job of compaction. 👍 Nice ending Eva.
I’ve done both burning and piling brush it depends on weather if it’s dry I have a lot of property I make compost piles and roll them several times a year if it is wet enough I burn people are always going to tell you what to do I say do what works for you. I enjoy all your videos thank you for making them
Don’t pile it. Just cut it where it lies and get it close to the ground. Hardly see it in a couple of years.
Enjoyed the video Mike! As for burning, we always had a burn pile growing up. They're just a necessity in the rural lifestyle. Oh, the music was perfect! Don't change a thing!
That us a lit of brush burnt up nice to get that cleaned up!!👍👊
Beautiful work , Beautiful family. You are much admired.
just do your thing! forget what we all tell you!... keep calm and carry on.....
thanks 4 video. be kind.
Mike, we burn brush just like you did there. Things burn tons better in a hole. At least that’s what we’ve found. If some folks have a problem with it, tell them to give you their address and you’ll deliver a nice big pile to their front door. Blessings to you and your family. Jason from Indiana.
that pup sure is getting big and quick as well. thanks Mike and Melisa....
Mike from Indiana here . Its looking great Mike and ignore those about the burn Pit thats the smartest thing you can do. Those people don't have a clue and probably don't own ,but tiny lots . Eva & Hanna are growing to be beautiful young ladies and archie wow what a chunk lol growing into a beautiful pup .thanks again and let me know if the lego thing get built enjoy .and thank you Morgans
Another awesome video; I am a land surveyor in Minnesota and you are very thorough on your build!!!!
Good morning all. Hot weather is gone, at least for this week. Heading to the Stihl store this morning to assemble a couple of FS131s, install limit stops and saw blades, creating a clearing saw. If you are out and about be kind and greet others with a positive message.
Good on ya Phil. G'day from Australia.
Good morning Phil (& Dan Williams) from Marcus in Chesapeake VA! It’s nice to see your voice Phil!
Aloha from Hawaii, Phil. I got a good session in today clearing trees here on the property with my Stihl (which is running waaaaay better now - carbon fouling spark plug issue is now fixed) 😃 Hope you had a great Tuesday, too 👍
Now that is an awesome crew! Nice job.
Hi Mike didn’t get to watch your video till late this evening. Had a buddy had some trees down in this hurricane all the way up in Shreveport. . I absolutely had a ball using my steel MS 390. I love getting out in the woods. PS I’ve noticed the last few videos did not have close captioning I am very hard of hearing and really appreciate it when it has closed captioning Thanks I love watching your stuff every day
Good evening/night to the Morgans, great video Mike. Great job with the burning of the trash wood. You’ve provided habitats for lots of critters around there and made it safer for lots of critters because they can see the real predators from a farther distance! You’re doing great👍👍. Keep up the good work and videos, we appreciate you all. Hunter was doing a great job of SUPERVISING from a safe distance, way to go Hunter 👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Mike you have a very articulate way of communicating. Keep up the great videos. Burn baby burn!!! Lol
Hunter looked great supervising the work Mike did. Archie is getting really big.
PERFECT ENDING WITH THE 3 MORGAN BEAUTIES & ARCHIE
Mike don't worry about what people think this is the way you do it. I am glad to see your progress I see the mini is gone. Eva you must be tired from going to school? You never mess up anything. Melissa Archie is a big chunk of puppy to handle. Thanks for sharing your video with us. Hello Hunter. Ed
Good job jobbed Mike Fire does the job It’s your project & land So 🤗🤗
Good family time as always Saw the little peak of Hunter 💙
The building will soon be ready now 👏👏👏👏👏
The burn pit is AWESOME!! I one to when i cut down 12 bradford pear trees! It was this time of the year when it was really hot. Witch helped in drying everthing out. When it lit up it really did!!
The pad looks great. 👍👍👏👏👏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😇😇😇😇😇
Yall stay safe and cannot wait to see your building go up...
Your girls are so cute. They make me smile. A great family.😊
Nice work on the clean up MIke. It's looking good. Can't wait to see the structure going up.
Coming along nicely Mike and Melissa!
If I'm burning and it's not catching all the way I use my air off the Zero turn to get it roaring. Just got a battery powered leaf blower that might work also. Haven't tried that yet. I like a fire with almost no smoke. Love your info. Buying a Kubota in a couple days for my 30 acres.
Great job. Very cautious on your burning Mike. You built the burn pit well, and your burning conservatively. Have a great day!
Yes that was a bit different and the ending . Different is good . Good job , all of you .
You have done a tremendous amount of work over the past weeks to get where you are now. The contractor should be more than happy with your work
Gettin' exited about a good grapple load of brush! You're my kind of man, Mike!
Like the pit you dug for your burning. When we cleared for building (73 trees) we burned for a week straight. These were popular trees or what we call grub trees. Some were saved for a log cabin up north (Minnesota).
Way to keep after it... good to see the combustion pit working much better than I expected. Smoke was remarkably low.
I dump my brush back in the woods. The critters love it!
Another outstanding vid! Well done on the burn pile! Don't spend one second on the nay sayers! Keep up the good work! Excellent footage of the family! Ken from western NC!
That’s great your family is always smiling, remember it takes less muscles to smile than it does to Frown ,keep smiling😁
Mike yelling "oh yeah!" twice after picking up brush - priceless!
I smiled when I heard him say that . . . been there a thousand times myself!!!
Good morning from Yukon. God bless.
Hello Morgan's 👋 Great job Eva. Hope all are well. Tell the family hello and have a day!!
Way to put the pressure on Ava at the end!
I think you did about the safest way to burn brush by digging the pit. There are times when you can’t burn but when things are green and you get a little rain then it’s perfectly safe. Flame on!
My favorite part of the video: when you turned two trips into one. And then confirmed that despite a few draggers, you'd be alright - you weren't settin' 'er down. Made me smile because I can identify with that. 👌😉
Awesome video fella. Things are coming together and according to plan. Obviously an experienced hand. Thank you for sharing with us.
Well good morning on this rainy day in NC. Thunderstorms for the day here. Hope your day stays bright and warm. Have a good one as I see here on the video.
Looking good Morgan crew!! Can't wait for the build!! This is fun!!! Have a day!!
Mike I like what you said about putting up a wall where you got all rocks from. And like what you said you have over 95% woods out back. Now that the pad good to go why not put a string line down and painted on the line so people can see it better Bob from Florida have a day!
Bravo Eva!
You know Mike I just wanted to say that you do a great job. Surrounded by 3 strong ladies and you still have a lot of hair. You seem to be blessed. Love the videos.
Great machine and well explained tutorial. You will miss it when it’s gone. Thanks.
Good job on the closing.
You do what you want with YOUR property Mike. Its not up to anyone that watches your videos what you publish. Thats what I do with my videos, I upload whatever I feel is good content to me. The only real choice anyone has on here is whether or not they like your content. Keep doing you and keep up the great work.
Another great video have a great day from VA. I went to Woodstock equipment to look a tractors the folks there were great help with everything I learned from you and the information they had I was able to zero in On tractor that will fit my needs.
With all the unrest in our country I found myself smiling while watching ( I probably do anyway just caught myself this time 😄 ) the rain has been great down in the SE part of PA hard at times...leaves are green but are starting to drop as well as the acorns ... the girls are so different one seems to be so serious the other laughing all the time and Archie he is fast approaching the time of not being able to be picked up lol..anyways great great camera work too love the angles and lastly the opening music it hit a cord ( not wood LoL ) with me thanks Morgans 👍
Pad looks great, Mike. Keep up the great videos.
Mike, You get more work done in 30 minutes than most can do in a day. Good job. Burn, baby, burn.
That is why we call him Motor Mike. Not much would happen if the shovel had a handle on it.
Mike, ... a burning brush pile is a great excuse for lighting up a cigar with a good friend, ...couple chairs and some rich conversation. Unless you’re super busy!
Mike I take it whilst the contractor in building the new building you will be making lumber for the shed to cover the sawmill and timber for alterations in new build
Nice pad mike, looks ready for cement now As far the deal with the stumps, better to burn than have it go to the land fill. Thanks for the video, all the best from our house to yours Phil M
Good morning Morgans! Cool and rainy in Central VA this morning. Coffee on the side porch, Morgans on the IPad and work starting soon. Blessed with another day - let’s make it a good one! Take Care...
If your viewer watched a few pole building / post frame videos (RR Buildings is a good one ) they would see the posts generally are set on bases in holes boarded through the fill and below the frost line of the native soil. This makes the building frame independent of the fill. The concrete slab is a different story. The cement masons will let you know if the fill needs tamped before the gravel and sand. [ But again - Mike already knows this ] I enjoyed the tour of the housing developments around you. Around 30 years ago, when Cranberry was starting to explode, I knew a fellow that worked with his church. They were doing outreach in Cranberry. He told me there where a lot of those new, expensive houses with a BMW in the drive and bed sheets hanging in the windows. No furniture - Just a fancy shell around a couple strapped for cash. Yes, where do they come from? Keep the plastic house and the BMW. I wish I had what the Morgan family has ( the family is even more important than the land and tractors ) Thanks for the video. Take care
Loved the ending, best one in awhile--lol
Loved the end guys! 😂
job look good the little dog not little no more hi hunter god bless&all
Great job, Mike! I wish we could burn where I live, but it is far too dry and dangerous. I loved seeing the girls at the end. Good job, Eva!
No pressure, Eva! With all the advisors, even Archie was trying to help her. She gave you a nice, smiley outtro. In watching your blade, I wondered if you had welded a brace across the top. Could have been dirt I suppose. Someone else asked if the was a fiberglass liner- maybe we saw the same thing. As for the brush pile advocates, they really don’t understand how much of the land would be brushpiles. We had a joke back home: How do you clear 40 acres? Well first, you buy the 40 acres next to it to pile the brush on! When we cut fence posts, the first half hour or so was spent opening up a little patch to work in without tripping over undergrowth or cut Osage Orange limbs. Once that was done, we could make some progress. I hated that first half hour at a new spot in the timber. Anyway, your plan is coming together nicely!
Perfect music choice there toward the end,..another great job
Nothing like putting pressure on somebody just before they start Mike. Lol Y’all have a Day! God Bless You all. 👍❤️
EVA ! Family will always pick on you cause yer the youngest and think you cant (I know) and they're just mad cause you beat them to the punch! Great job steppin up to the plate first!
Great Video guys!!!
~ 9:00 mark, all I can think of is nachos..... it's just one nacho even if the rest of them are stuck together with cheese, still just ONE!
I love it
Goodmorning from just north of Knoxville TN
~ 8:55 Mike "I'm not settin 'er down, I'm not"
Hahaha
Love the burn pit. I have a stack of brush now I need to light but couldn't due to the dry weather we had here in western Pa. Can't wait for the weekend. We will be driving to Columbus to visit my brother who watches your channel and bought a wolfe ridge splitter like yours from Chris. I am sure we will see it in action this weekend when we go visit.
Best ending so far, happy days everyone & all you wish yourselves 😊
Wow the puppy 🐶 is getting big love your dogs
Great video, great music!
It's your brush, debris, etc. Do with it what you please. If Melissa approves you're golden.
Good morning Morgan's!!
Another great video OWTM.... I might just burn my burn pile this weekend... cheers form Australia
I love the big tractor
Archie is getting big, quick!
Hey Mike, with all this rain, how is the pond doing? Maybe you could do a quick video of the pond now that it is probably full. Thanks.
Lol good morning everyone
Hi Hunter.
Have a great day everyone. 😊🍵👍
Just watched this video, I had to laugh when you got excited at getting that big grab. If I had a grapple bucket I would be the same way lol
Looking good, I agree with using the landplane even though I've never used one! Burning may go by the way with all your new neighbors! Nothing like a good fire, love the smell of wood burning along with the clean up looking good👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🗽🙏🏻
good job guys God Bless
Love the family ending......maybe there should be a contest of who in the family can do a better closeout.
Great job with the clean up ! 👍😉
Love when you add Ben Wagners music. As you I'm enjoying this cooler weather in Pa. Keep working on the outtro Eva, you'll master it soon. 😅👍
Burn pit looking good
Good morning Morgan’s cooler weather has arrived here Davenport and we get rain just about every day . Nice burn pit👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Request: Could you take a drone shot showing the building pad in relation to the house and road just to get an idea of placement and perspective?
Like always, your video is outstanding. Thanks for sharing
Never heard of someone getting so excited grabbing brush piles. Great stuff as always Sir.
Smokey the Bear, only you can prevent forest fires! We've had over 2.5 " of rain at my house in Oklahoma but I got some to burn but not enough.
Way to go Ms. Eva, volunteer to do the outro and put yourself on the spot trying to not laugh! Funny stuff.
