Another ripper post, thanks as always Rich. The Seekers are such a wonderful band, but without you , Denny, and other heroes, they will never be heard and loved into the future. Thank you Sir!!
Thanks Harry, much appreciated - I'm sure by my YT friend Dennis too!
Have you seen my latest videos, which are from the Golden Jubilee concerts with much improved audio?

Thanks - on my way :-)
joining you too
Harry Knowlman I second that. Who can sing like this today?
Not even angels can sink as beautifully.
Never be a voice like Judith's again.
The world lost one of the best songbirds that ever lived as Judith Durham passed away 8/5/2022.
Heaven gained what we lost.
I know I'll never find another Judith Durham
A lovely song is sung so beautifully by the lovely Judith. Great harmonies too
Beautiful song, beautiful voice. Love them until I die. Anita Jackson, South Africa
RIP Judith Durham, I'm glad I discovered you when you were still on this earth.
Never heard this song in the 60's. Great to find more Seekers music!
My sister and I were discussing how this time in two weeks we would've been at the Melbourne concert. This will be the fourth time I have seen them. The tickets were a gift from my wonderful husband!
It’s what’s called CLASS. Something lacking today
I agree 100%
RIP Judith Durham 🥺🥺
So pretty, such a beautiful voice. The girl next door!!
One of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard
Judith probably at her most cute. Stunning voice! Very sadly missed but what a legacy of music they have left us
She was so beautiful! Agreed.
if gold was a sound it would sound like this
Priceless 😁👍♥
So true , a sound so pure !!
Yes!
💯
Now I can understand what my parents liked about the Seekers. Truly wonderful.
Rest in peace ✌️☮️
Never has there ever been a better and classier group than The Seekers. In 1967, I fell in love with Judith and she still remains the greatest female vocalist.
I couldn’t possibly agree any more with your comment, Mr. Wilson.
THANK YOU JUDITH.
YOU LEFT US A LEGACY OF YOUR VERY BEAUTIFUL MUSIC 🎵
WE ARE RICHER FOR IT!!
RIP ❤️
Judith Durham has passed away. So sad.. What a wonderful voice.
That little counterpoint response line that Keith sings at the end is like the cherry on top!
We have heard great female pop singers with powerful and beautiful voices, such as Linda Ronstadt, Agnetha Faltskog (Abba), Karen Carpenter, Ann Wilson (Heart), Carole King, Olivia Newton-John, and others. But no one seems to be able to do what Judith Durham was able to do with her vocal power, pitch, purity, poise, resonance, range, emotion, grace, simplicity, effortless delivery, transcendent, heavenly sublime tonal quality, and overall luminous stage presence. Judith left her listeners awestruck with every performance. The angelic wings of her voice allowed the audience to soar with her to the deepest blue of heaven's skies. Truly missed, inimitable, and irreplaceable
Miss you already 😢 You comforted so many with your beautiful God Given voice. This is one of my favourite songs. God Bless you Judith RIP ❤
She is the co-writer of this song. What a talented woman she is!
😳 Judith Durham,
NO one Sings this Song as Wonderful as You Do!
You are Incredible!
😳 Thanks for Coloring

I have tears in my eyes, especially because she recently passed away 😂. I’ve recently discovered what a beautiful and wonderful lady she was. Her voice is beyond beautiful. What a treasure and a gift.
An angel on earth. From a time the world was worth a damn.
Impossible to watch this now without shedding a few tears. One of the greatest voices in music. Hard to pick a favourite song by the Seekers, but this one comes close.
Agreed. Top Five.
Thanks Rich.Rest in peace Judith. One of the most Angelic voices of our time. And the Seekers our greatest ever band.Sing with the angels.
RIP Judith. The clearest joyous voice I have known and such a constant inspiration throughout my life. See you again on the far shore
I don’t think that any song that Judith Durham sings shows off any better the utterly staggering beauty of her voice than this song “Colours Of My Life” which she co-wrote. William Morris below says, “I feel blessed the lord gave me ears to hear her singing”. I know just he feels!.
Absolutely
One of the Seekers greatest songs, her voice is absolutely sublime.
I grew up listening to the Seekers on the car stereo and cannot believe when another kiwi or Aussie hasn't heard of them. Have this on record and love listening even though it's a bit scratchy now!
Colours of my life. another one of her best songs of all time. Brilliant fantastic band lovely voice by judith Durham great song .xxx💖💖🌹🌹💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐
Vale beautiful Judith Durham. You were much loved in Australia and the world. My heart is broken today with your passing 😭
Had this played at my christening at 70 years old in my village church just prior to COVID so blessed!
We'll never find another you, Judith.
Songs from era .....beautiful lady ....pure voice .... RIP Judith.....your with the angels now X
RIP Judth 😢
She hits every note, effortlessly. What a beautiful, breathtaking voice.
Incredible!
OMG this is beautiful. Never heard it before. A drop dead awesome melody and Judith and the boys and their incredible harmony. I had to listen to this three times. It is so addicting. I love it.
Judith Durham's voice is so sweet and clear. She is a delight to listen to.
They didn't need to take their clothes off, their talent was sufficient. A lost art.
Keith Potger in a thong? Now there's an image! 😳😳
Richard--no one was taking their clothes off during the 60's, that came many years later probably the 80's with disco music and the dancing and women dressing sexily.
Rip Judith Durham a very talented singer, and group the seekers, my late dad used to listen to . I feel honoured my dad used to share their wonderful music with us growing up🤗
Just simply beautiful song written and sung by the girl who has a god given voice ,
I don't think it's possible for people to sing better than this. Different from, or as good as, but not better. What a gorgeous song.
You brought many colors to my life. Thanks, and see you in Morningtown sweet lady.
To me it is mind-boggling that not only does Judith Durham possess the most stunningly beautiful voice I ever heard in my life, but is also capable of co-writing a song as good as this. Jetclntn says below, “There will never be another Judith”. NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER!.
Judith Durham is truly the most beautiful singer the world has ever known
Absolutely Pete!
No question. Sadly, I think she always felt she wasn’t as good as she was. I think she was still learning this up to the time of her death. I’ve been tearing up to think she is gone.
What really sets her apart is she doesn't have to slide into any note (pitch) high or low. Judith is just spot on every time:)
She hits the note and then very subtly massages it. Just a masterful talent.
,perfect pitch
My choirmaster used to call that scooping. He taught us to hit the note, not slide into it.
If Judith doesn't lift your mood, nothing will.
Such a clear voice, I can never understand how different Judiths voice is so completely different to all other female singers. And the boys harmony, different to anything else ever.
Colours of my life has become my favourite Seekers song, perfectly demonstrating the group in peerless harmony and, as always, Judith Durham is simply compelling.
Much loved by legions the world over for more than sixty years, her beautiful singing and charming persona raised the spirits of all who saw and heard her. Truly a life well lived.
Wonderful comment Bob, I couldn't have said it better myself. This song is also my favourite Seekers song. We are lucky to have lived through times when The Seekers made music. They were unique and nothing today will ever come close.
one of the greatest songs ever...you are just gorgeous Judith.
This kills me with sadness knowing our Judith has gone Seen in Green is a masterpiece so relevant today I can never be the same again indeed VALE Judith x
Those people where something else. I gotta get their music.
Sheer perfection...each one of them is an absolute musical treasure, & Judith's voice is w/o equal anywhere!
I am a 60 yr old and have always loved 60s best. This year I have become such a Seekers fan. They are my favorite!💗🌺🍄☮️
WOW that was so fantastic , I'm all teared up. Such a beautiful woman and an angelic voice.
One of the most beautiful songs, sung by one of the most beautiful voices of our time or any other, Judith Durham's.
Voice of an Angel. So true on reflection of our life, and colours are our life. RIP Judith.
I don't remember hearing this song before. Holy moly it is so wonderful!
Also. Nice that Judith Durham and David Thomas Reilly collaborated in writing this lovely song.
Judith is so beautiful, her voice is so gentle, reassuring, loving, just beautiful…
She was physically beautiful, beautiful inside, and a beautiful voice. How much beauty could one have??!! Amazing. Surprisingly, I don’t think she ever fully understood how good she really was.
What a fantastic song its beautiful. What clarity of judith s voice.. icàn listen to it over and over brilliant song song brilliant. What sound and hàrmanis
May she rest in peace - you are my (new) star in the sky.🙏
What a good looking woman and terrific singer. Beautiful song she's singing. Well done Australia!
Judith: class, talent, beauty
RIP Judith! So many sweet memories!
Rest in peace Judith,my nam used to sing morning town ride at the top of her voice while doing the house work,it's my earliest memory of my dear mother who passed away in 2017,I was born in 1968 so its probably from the early seventies, its amazing what a song can do to bring you to a time and place,I've always loved the seekers because of these special memories, greetings from Ireland.
Gosh. We're all going to miss them now that they have retired. What am I going to do with my spare time? Listen to them all over again. That's what.
Reminds me of far better times.....my parents loved the seekers when I was a child....now I'm the same!,...despite listening to rock, prog rock, and classical music .....I listen to the seekers as well,Judith really had the voice of an angel....truly irreplaceable!
The clarity of this voice and the mood of this song moves me so much. It makes me happy.
Aaahhh so young here and her beautiful powerful effortless voice is just one in a million....x
This song, more than any other, proves how pure her voice is. I have always enjoyed her singing as has my Dad. Every man in Australia wanted to marry her. When my Dad passed away, we played The Carnival Is Over at his funeral and Eriskay Love Lit as well. I visit him on the anniversary of his death to play some of The Seekers' songs to him. Such a pity, a beautiful lady as her, has to spend her life alone, since her partner passed away from Motor Neurons disease.
What a beautiful and romantic tune sung by a lovely lady. One of my favourites.
Judith , the voice of an angel
Angels wishes they had the voice of Judith Durham.
I mean you know if they where real and not made up as they are.
Well done Judith a Worldwide treasure.!!!!!
Scintillating voice, words, music and harmony. Nothing better on this planet!
One of the best voices in our lives.
I grew up in 1960,s Melbourne and took the Seekers music for granted . In recent years I began to appreciate the true quality of this sound . May I say now , thank you for the marvelous musical experience and rest in peace Judy Durham .
"Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you've got till it's gone". They paved paradise, and put up a parking lot.
I also grew up in this era but I found and loved the seekers and there was never another voice like Judith or a band like them for me Vale lovely Judith
One of my favorite songs by one of the purest female singing voices ever!!
What a great song and singer. We love you Judith and The Seekers !
RIP Judy gone far too soon you will truly sadly missed by alot of us 😢 💔 xx
I Love the seekers. I am appreciating them all over again 50 years later. WOW that's special
Perfect lady, perfect voice.
What a Beautiful lady and that voice wonderful.

I keep listening over and over. Beautiful song, sang by an angelic voice.
Love this group always remember singing these songs when I was young 💕
Great song, in memory of my little darling birdies Daffodil, Chloe, Snowy, Daisy, Sparky and Joey who shared the colours of the rainbow. I miss them all so much it hurts every day. RIP my darling Angels.
I miss you Judith, the whole world misses you, thank you for sharing your gift with us.
Beautiful voice!!
Now you have left us I feel sad but i know your in a much better place and with your Husband I hope our paths cross in future RIP Judith you will be missed on this earth
Thank you so much for exposing me to the music of a generation I SHOULD have heard but didnt. The Seekers have vaulted into one of my best loved musicians and at age 60 I am very late to the party but I can tell you Judith Durham has taken her place among Linda Ronstadt and Karen Carpenter as voices that have no comparison!!
Wonderful, really really wonderful. Sometimes you reach deep to express the joy of such a sound but the words simply do not exist. So, wonderful, really really wonderful, will have to do.
