Thank you Nuclear Blast Records for posting the live performance! here's the link: • NIGHTWISH - Ghost Love... - Видеоклипы
I like your concept! Many already commented about pausing, but it's hard to do that in right places since you honestly listened this the first time. :)
And these epic NW songs are tough in my opinion, there's a lot to take in. That's why I recommend something shorter, faster paced by them (if you do Nightwish some point again). Like, Storytime or Romanticide from this same concert. :)
All the best to you guys and your channel! ps: holy shit the view from your window
in all honesty its a reactionvideo, if people want to listen to the song without pauses they can just go and listen to the actual song
Thanks for understanding ;)
Thank you so much for your support! ❤️
We are lucky to have an amazing view! Those are the bright lights of downtown Toronto-if you look close you can see the CN Tower ✨✨
If you assume that a studio version appeals more to the imagination in terms of music, and this determines your taste, then I personally think you are kidding yourself. A studio version can influence the true singing level to such an extent that it can be disappointing live. A live performance only shows what an artist is capable of in terms of voice use and instrumental realistic sound. I do understand what you mean when you say that the visual aspect of a live performance now (can) influence you. But that is independent of taste or learning to love a new kind of music genre. It is about the complete live on stage album that shows what the band, singer and type of music stand for. You like it or not. But the music doesn't change with that. On the contrary, it is important to see the artist live and then to be able to colour the picture through a purely digital studio recording.

Comparing Amy Lee of EVANESCENCE to Floor Jansen of NIGHTWISH is like comparing a pigeon to a dragon.
I know right XD
ikr? Amy Lee is so damn superior on everyhing.
Pepe you’ve missed the point. Flor is worlds better than Amy Lee
@@TheGrinder66 he got the point, he just used it against the statement on purpose, i think u missed the point
Amy Lee is Ford Fiesta. Floor is Mercedes S-classe. There is no way to compare!
Wow. Pausing at the last note was like having sex in a car. Almost finishing..... then a cop bangs on the window! WTF!
"you need to pause because i need to make a point" she wasnt even listenning to the song
That's why most reviews suck ass. It doesn't take the musical knowledge of mozart to realise when an important part of the song is happening and yet they still never fail to pause because they like the sound of their own voice. Some of the best reviews I've seen on RUclips are guys that tell you from the outset they don't pause 👍 you can see what they think through facial expressions and then they review at the end. I'll always go out of my way to praise them in the comments as being a good reviewer.
@@gavinchapple8350 no pause reviews are clearly the best but I think it's something about copyrights and basically if you want to get paid you have to pause like every 30s in the song. I even watched some reviewers pause and straight up say "no, I just pause because I have to" and continue with the music. But most feel like they have to make up excuses and BS analysis of obvious stuff nobody cares unless it's very scientific stuff like from voice teachers.
@@gavinchapple8350 Actually, the very best reviewers pause a lot, because they have something worthwhile to say. Check out The Charismatic Voice, where Ghost Love Score is dissected by a professional singer (Elizabeth Zharoff). Not that that's what's happening above... 🤷♂

Completely
I think floor looks similar to her but the band itself sounds nothing like it lol.

Doesn't matter if your friends are DJs. Pushing play buttons, aligning tracks and doing crossfades is shameful, compared to playing an actual music instrument, especially at the level of proficiency that these people do. Not to mention Marco and Troy also sing while playing. And that Troy plays, like, 8 instruments in this band. Holy hell, how can anyone think a DJ's skill level is anywhere near this?
Someone said that Evanescence is coke and cheeseburger, Nightwish is champagne and caviar. Nightwish has been around since 1996.
Your may be right with that comment. Because I like nearly all I have heard of Nightwish. But I don’t like anything I have ever heard from Evanescence. P.S. Nightwish have been around since 1996, Evanescence have bee around since 1995.
Haha, people don't have to like every singer and music gerne. But people that say Evanescence can't sing clearly don't know much about a good voice. And people that say that some singer's are better because they have been around for a longer need to think up a good reason and not to come up with something that dusn't even matter. And if Nightwish is from 1996 that was a greath year because Within Temptation is also from 1996.
giovanni gio People On here are saying that Evanescence started out as a Christian band. Do you know if that is true. I actually thought I heard that said on MTV years ago.
Haha, that was my comment with the coke and cheeseburger 🤣
Wolfgang Engel Well said my friend ;).
You need to pause this, I need to make a point.
No, Floor made the point, you need to listen.
Manners please. To my great disappointment so many Nightwish fans like you have created a negative image for Floor and the whole band with comments like yours in many similar reaction/analysis/review channels. I understand passion, but try to think before you comment.
@clark cimmerianthe whole point of this isn't a review, its showing his girlfriend new music. and not pausing this would have gotten their video banned, btw

Floor is a Goddess. Symphonic Metal isn't even "my" genre, but since Floor joined Nightwish, I've been hooked.
Shhhh! She actually is a goddess. "Floor" is her disguise. What would happen if people discovered her secret identity? Ooops...
Ghost Love Score is not just a song, it's an experience. You have to feel it! Sometimes the best parts pass so fast, you need to pay close attention. It's a masterpiece. :)

This is NOTHING like evenesence. This is a whole nother level of talent
Fun fact: Nightwish was way before Evanescence, Evanescence were inspired by Nightwish. Nightwish was the band that brought symphonic metal into "mainstream", their first album was released in 1997 and by their 3rd album, Wishmaster (2000), they were already a big name in european and japanese rock scenes. Evanescence released their debut album (Fallen) in 2003 one year after Nightwish released their widely acclaimed 4th album, Century Child. :D
Actually I believe Evanescence was formed in 1995. However they didn't put out a full length album until the early 2000's By that time Nightwish had released 4-5 albums and were on their 2nd world tour.
Depends on the country I guess, here Within Temptation brought the genre, as far as it existed back then for some reason everyone called it gothic metal, into the mainstream. Ice Queen was a pretty big hit and was played all over the mainstream media.
@@ThunderwingDoomslaye Within Temptation is another band inspired by Nightwish.
@@j.nybergh7003 probably a bit. But they started around the same time, released their first album in the same year, so I doubt they took all their inspiration from them, or vice versa.

Nightwish was there before Evanescence-they just did not much publicity in the States...
Nightwish is not only operatic... from 2010 forward- they have tons of music that is not operatic.

It has always surprised me that American metal fans often don’t know many internationally renowned bands even in the Internet era. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the American show business is trying to protect its market from "foreign invasion."
:-)
When Evanescence appeared in 2003, it seemed ridiculous to me that it was advertised almost as the "world's first gothic metal band with female vocals", although in Europe those kind of bands existed and were popular at least from the mid-90s.
Well said!

This is Floor the 3rd singer and current singer.
It is sad that you stopped it during her highest note. Which we call Floorgasm.
Nightwish has so much to offer. One song will not show what they are all about.
Here are some suggestions. Ghost River, Song of Myself, and Romanticide all live at Wacken 2013.
Here is some info about the band!
Nightwish was started in 1996.They are considered a female
fronted symphonic metal band. They are from Finland. Tuomas Holopainen, the keyboard player,
composes and writes the lyrics for 95% of their music. Marco Hietala is the
Bassist and vocals .And there is the guitarist Emppu Vuorinen . Then there is
Troy Donockley who is a multi-instrulmentalist and vocals. Jukka Nevalainen is the drummer. In 2015 due
to Jukka's health issues Kai Hahto became the drummer and as of now still is.
Nightwish has had three singers. 1st one was Tarja Turunen (Operatic vocals).
She was with them until 2005. The 2nd one was Anette Olzon (Poppy, strong
vocals). She was with them until 2012.The 3rd and current singer is Floor
Jansen. (power, operatic, soprano.....most versatile) There are live concerts
that you should use depending on what era. From Wishes to Eternity and End of
an Era (Tarja), Montreux Festival live 2012 and Exit Festival (Anette), Live at
Wacken 2013, Live at Wembley, Live at Tampere, Vehicle of Spirit live (Floor).

Nightwish - Romanticide from this same concert (Wacken 2013)
That shows the power of the voice, no operatic stuff, heavier and badass...
I thought she would like the mellow stuff like GLS but not really.
Nightwish predates Evanesence by a decade.... the singer is Floor Jansen. They are a Finnish symphonic metal band... the composer is the keyboard player Toumas Holopanien who is a complete genius.
They... They... They paused the floorgasm... omg....
Yep. Hard to believe, but they DID!😱
I feel you dude.
My wife does the same, start talking at the wrong moment Everytime 🤪
lol, they did! But I think the live version from Buenos Aires on youtube is even better :)
aye - they left us all effing hanging....
Let her listen to Nightwish “ The Poet and The Pendulum “ . But get the story behind why it was written. It’s like watching a play. There’s a wide range of emotions he was going through when he wrote it. It’s a true work of art.
What I like most about this song is the passion - obviously for a lost love, and because I lost my twin flame when I was 32, this speaks directly to a piece of my heart. Other than that, yeah the show is amazing, but if you watch past performances by the other vocalists - Anette Olzon and Tarja - you'll notice that this is different. The passion is also in what the musicians are doing and how they're playing. I also love how it's 5 or 6 songs in one. Melodies weaving in and out of each other.
If you want to see something else amazing, check out Floor in her earlier band, After Forever, doing Energize Me. The voice is real!
the 3 sections work so well. the instrumental bridge starts softly but you don't realize that it builds into this grande intro for the powerful 3rd section.
More Nightwish does the trick! Try The Greatest Show on Earth, live from Tampere (truly the greatest show on Earth) or The Poet and The Pendulum from Wembley (live). Masterpieces both of them. Or pretty much anything from Nightwish to be honest...
Live versions is where you actually see how good the band or artist is. Some mainstream singer’s are horrible when you heard them live, even with correcting the voice. When you listen Nightwish, listen them live, they are awesome. There are no long guitar solos or free jamming, because it’s symphony based music. I don’t belive that Beethoven did write the concerto where next 12 bars everybody is free to play what ever they want ;). If you will discover Nightwish you will notice that Tuomas Holopainen (keyboardist) is one of the greatest songwriters of current era. He is genius.
I got a little bored of reaction channels nowadays 'cause they use to say the same things, but here... Wow! You two made me smile with this, the discussion levels that you brought, the ideas and feelings that her expressed; and with one of my favourite bands ever. You have a new suscriber here, keep doing this, you're good.
Can't believe, they PAUSED an FLOORGASM...WTF
WHO ON EARTH WOULD EVER PAUSE DURING THAT LAST NOTE? THAT SHOULD BE A CAPITAL OFFENSE!
because she was not "listening" to the song - she was too busy thinking about what she wanted to say. people want to do a "music reaction" video - but they apparently know nothing about music - she probably does the same carp when watching a movie...
Paused in the middle of the high note . ( face palm ) lol
This was fun. I'm subscribing from here.
Comparing Amy Lee to Floor Jansen, ok, i'll not say anything (despite the fact that i was really chocked) but pausing in the middle of the magnificient last note ... come on, you can't do that, it's wrong :O
And by the way Floor is not a Disney Princess, she's a Viking Godess.
Nightwish has been around since 1996, their first singer was Tarja Turenen, and she was released in 2005 due to conflicts and the next singer after 18 months of searching was Anetter Olzon she was released in 2012 due to severe conflicts with the band band and then Floor Jansen took over on 48 hours notice and the rest is history. And no Evanescence was not first, actually Amy Lee said she got her inspiration from Tarja. Evanescence can't carry Nightwish's boots, Nightwish is so far above other bands to be relative unkowns in the US 8 years ago, but now they seel out every venue they play in the US. Floor is a classically trained vocalist, and is the most requested guest musician in Europe. Their drummer Jukka is in a class of his own, enought said.
She will like Storytime, Last Ride of the day, Nemo, Alpenglow, Elan, Everdream, Last Of the Wilds, The islander, While your lips are still Red- these are a bit softer- but should be live( Wacken/ Tampere, Wembley)
Excellent Dude...well done !!!
Okay...poorly timed pause aside, it was adorable watching you two work through this performance. :)
It's understandable she immediately recognized Evanescence, since they are maybe the most popular band of the genre in America (I can tell you I love Nightwish, but I really don't love Evanescence). But Symphonic Metal definitely started and developed in Europe, and Nightwish have been (and still are) one of the leading forces that brought it to success.
Most important note: I have seen so many reactions to Ghost Love Score now. I think nightwish fans are flooding all reaction youtube channels asking for Ghost Love Score. BUT this is the first time I hear someone say that Floor Jansen sings like a mermaid. Usually people say "oh she seems like an angel" and that's totally wrong! The whole Nightwish symbology revolves around the "ocean" concept and female voice is really thought to be the one of a siren or mermaid. So....THANK YOU for saying that see seems like a mermaid.
Wacken 2013: it's a summer festival (in germany I think). There were 82.000 people there, enjoying Nightwish's concert ;)
Nightwish really do have a majectic production machine when it comes to "make the show", the performance itself is a great part of their concert: with all the backing animations on the giant screen, the fireworks and the lights.
I would advice to always listen to metal on live videos, it's just so much better (even if Nightwish is extremely good even on the studio version to me)
AND...bad bad guys for pausing on the Floorgasm (yes her final note, we call it Floorgasm) without saying anything about it
great comment! Next time we won't accidentally cutoff the floorgasm ;)
She could hear "the siren" from Nightwish with Tarja. It's a little more heavy and you could show her that the comment about that Floor sing like a mermaid was very accurate, because she get the essence of the band.
TheEscapist she totally sounds like a beautiful siren. Love her so much....❤️

Good reaction up to a point, you guys paused in the middle of THE NOTE (better known as the Floorgasm) her name is Floor Jansen and she is the queen of metal. the risk of having the video blocked by RUclips also increases.
You hit the nail on the head. The beauty of groups like Nightwish is what you hear live is as good or better than what the recording sounds like. Find groups like that and you have found real music not commercial music.

It's nice to hear someone else's point of view (as long as they're still respectful, of course)! You've earned another subscriber! P.S. Definitely react to more Nightwish ;)
Seriously, i dont care if they if they decide they dont "like" the song or Nightwish... But to blabber on they way they did - and then criticize the singer, the drummer, the guitarists - and the song - when they really didnt even listen to it ???

'Pause the video!' Oh my frikkin'...…… This was a first! THE coïtus interruptus of video reactions! If you really would have a feel for this song you would never had pushed that pause button on that spot. It was like watching the very last episode of Game of Thrones and switching the tv set off 10 minutes before the end. The horror! I kinda liked your little disputes and disagreements but could we agree to disagree, eh, perhaps AFTER the song is finished? Just a thought.
exactly. It's perfectly fine to pause a video if you you want to say something, but not there. That was so anticlimactic
This couple is horrible... BIG DISLIKE!!!
It's perfectly fine to do that as long as you go back and listen to the part you missed.

You paused... during the Floorgasm!?!?!
Meh, Floor pretty much ruined this song anyway.
Multiple points I her performance that make me cringe becaise she is tying so hard to make it work and just doesn't have the voice for it.
Floor is an amazing singer but there are certain songs (like this, sleeping sun, romamtacide, dead boys poem, etc) that she just doesn't have the voice for. Those songs are really built for Tarjas darker, more operatic style and it hurts eveey time i watch people judging nightwish based on Floor's performances of those songs because they just aren't on anything remotely close to the level of Tarja's.
Please note that i am absolutely NOT saying Tarja is a better singer, as there are certain other Nightwish songs (like Poet and the Pendulum) they Floor absolutely nails and that would sound wrong if Tarja tried to do them.
Just saying the two have very different vocal styles, and when Floor tries to do songs like this you can really hear the struggle of her trying to be something she's not.

Don't care what you think, there are some nightwish songs (generally many of the early ones written for Tara's vocals) that floor struggles with because great as her voice is her style is more mainstream. Some of those more classically styled songs just don't have the same magic when floor does them.
This whole concert from Wacken in 2013 is available on RUclips - totally epic!
You just didn’t pause it in the middle of her highest note in the song. WOW
"You need to pause this because I have to make a point" WTF!!!!!!
Its Evanescence who are Nightwish-like... Nightwish has been around since officially since 96 (the concept of the band since 94 if unverified source are to be believed) They were one of the first if not the first band in this genre and theyre undoubtedly the most successful.
Also as much as I love Amy Lee she cant hold a candle to Miss Floor Jansen and though it may ruin the magic, the sorcerer in Nightwish is the Keyboardist Tuomas. He is the lyricist and Composer and a true music genius, Floor is more of the Enchantress using the magic to spellbind the audience, she as well is a one in a billion artist.
(And you need to layout a format, that pause at the the end, in the middle of the crescendo is not something people will forgive twice... Im not being mean, just telling you as it is)
This is Floor Jansen. She is their third and current vocalist. Although this an AMAZING performance, please don't judge the band by a single song or performance. They have an incredible selection to choose from. I recommend you listen to Everdream and Romanticide from this same show. That's just to name a couple. Thanks for your reaction. You should also check out Greatest Show On Earth.
Pausing is inevitable and in random spots. But others have compensated by jumping back 10-15 seconds and taking in the entire moment of the song. I.e., the ending would’ve been saved if you went back a bit.
I've actually been thinking of doing that. Thanks

Excellently made video (lighting of your faces could be a bit better maybe ^^ ), with the memes and gifs thrown in. I also like the concept of showing someone a genre they don't know and getting a real reaction, no fake 'OMG I'm so blown away' or something like that. Really curious about how this will develop. One like and one sub added :)
It's kinda funny that Pamela would consider witnessing the actual performance sort of an unfair advantage for a band. I think it's safe to say that one thing that metalheads insist upon, is that bands are capable of, are expected to and judged on, playing everything they record in a live environment just as well or maybe even better than when recording in a studio. Live is where it's at.
What you witnessed here is what this band are capable of, one of the best live performances of a song in metal history. Pity you kinda missed the absolute precision with which Floor hits the 'Floorgasm' but I guess you got informed about that already xD
You did get how she rules the stage and the crowd. That's not unfair, it's a skill, part of what makes a good metal song a good metal song. Having seen them live recently, I can only confirm: Floor is a metal goddess and no two ways about it. Of course the divinity label should also be firmly placed on Tuomas Holopainen, the keyboarder, who writes 90% of Nightwish' songs.
As for suggestions for other 'introduction to metal' songs: of course I'd love to jump in with the best, deep, dark, fast, heavy, whatnot, but a song like Mgla - 'Exercizes in futiliy VI' would be basically just noise to the untrained ear. Later ^^
To me, heavy metal has been like a drug-fueled journey, always going for the next heavier, faster, deeper, more complicated experience. Started in the 70s with hard rock, moved on to catchy metal, then classic metal, heavy metal, power metal, death metal, on and on, and now I'm a fan of genres like black metal and metalcore. You got 40 years of rock to catch up with ^^
As good lyrics seem to hit the spot: how about Iron Maiden - 'Hallowed be thy name'.
thanks! We'll improve the lighting. We got another light :)
I have a feeling that NIGHTWISH - Storytime (OFFICIAL LIVE VIDEO) would be a good one for her too. It's a bit harder than this one, and shorter, but still has amazing vocals. Especially toward the end, so no more pausing there!
Annette or Floor version? I prefer Floor's
@@pheenix135 Definitely Floor. I'm still waiting for them to perform Escapist with Floor as well.
This is actually their 3rd and current singer. Her name is Floor and she is an extremely versatile singer. Check out "Romanticide" or "Ghost River" from the same show to hear her sound more "Metal". "Song of Myself" is awesome as well. She's amazing and by far the best singer they have had.
Tracy Murray I was blown away by her! Amazing! ❤️
But in my opinion floor is the best. Even better than Tarja, cause Tarja can't get out of the opera mode.
Shame on you fans for attacking these people. You wanted a genuine reaction, you got one. They reacted to this song in their own way. If they wanted to pause in the middle of the note, let them. That’s what a reaction video is. A ‘Floorgasm’ isn’t a reason to make them feel ashamed of reacting to your favorite band, and that word itself has become overused and cringeworthy in itself, if I’m honest, and I say this as someone who has been a fan of Nightwish for over 15 years.
I met Nightwish in Dallas Texas on their most recent decades tour! So awesome in person!!!!
Cheers!! from Thailand. This band is great. I always listen to metal rock, but this band did great combination of music and this band also made me open my mind listening to opera.
Best singer on the planet today. Toumas, the keyboard player has that amazing cpu for writing these songs, but Floor is the real deal. The boys best take care of her...their future is VERY bright with Floors vocals IMO. I too had never heard of them until came across a YT reaction video. Hook, line and sinker as they say. Amazing super-group.

You said that you would pay to see this live? I just paid a ton of money to see them in Stuttgart Germany! It was worth every penny!!! ( I also went to see the Porsche Museum and the Mercedes Museum.)
Celine Dion...good. Floor Jansen...unbelievable. She also beats Adele, Maria, Carrie, and maybe even Whitney.
No they didn,t. Tell me they did not. This cant be true..... wake me up and tell me iT was a nightmare.... pause during floorgasm. Nooooooooo
Never pause in the "FLOORGASM"!!!
I hope you will continue discovering Nightwish. There are so many layers to their music
By stopping when you did, you ruined everyone's floorgasm!
The problem here is that if you listen to the studio version of this song you will hear Tarja, which is the 1st singer of NW who originally recorded this song at that moment. There is no studio version with the current singer Floor. But I promise you it will be as incredible as this live performance. That's why she is the singer of this band, because she is a perfect fit.
To add to this. Floor was in the bad for 10 months at this point; joined this tour mid flight. This was the Imaginaerum tour (their 7th studio album). You can think of every song as Floor covering Nightwish. You would need to move into the 2016 and beyond tours to catch some of the songs written for her voice and recorded by her.
Tht does not mean these songs were not incredible. But they are different. She did a great job of changing up the way in which they are sung so as to make them her own.
Personally I think the writing since Floor joined the band has diminished. Pre Floor material is so much better but she does a fantastic job singing it. I still enjoy Tarja and Annette. My favorite album is Imaginarium.
First of all. Nightwish was first with this music. Evenecense is a very faded shadow Next to Nightwish and Even though i love amys voice its not in the same league as Floor Jansen. But I have a huge problem with your videos. The way I understand it is that she is the one that wants to learn to love metal. But when the guy is making jokes and telling what he doesnt like then he ruins her experience. And by the way... You should check out the other bands live. They Will not give you the epic feeling live. And if you want to like metal you should not pause as much. Its not like pop where its 1 Line in repeat. And btw. To hit the drums fast is not the same as beeing a good drummer. Timing is everything.
Therion started symphonic metal couple of years earlier
Welcome to the wonderful world of Nightwish. That last note is what we fans call a "Floorgasm". There's so much more to explore -- check out "Nightwish - Romanticide (Live Wacken 2013)" it also has their male vocalist singing on it. Enjoy!
If you don't feel something listening to floor, you're as dead inside as Chandler on the Friends episode where he can't cry.
So some amazing points were made in this video. I appreciate the level of analysis presented here, especially from someone who is not a metal fan giving it a fair shake. Normally this would be a 100 for me, except for that you two started talking over Floor's vocal climax near the end of the song, which didn't make me mad persay but made me feel bad for you two as you kinda missed out on it. Floor is their third singer and imo is the most complete and powerful singer they've had. Also Nightwish started in 1996 so kind of a stretch to say Evanescence started it lol. I guess I'll recommend tool next, some good ones to start with are vicarious, sober, schism, or the pot. I hope you get into metal one day it's a lot to uncover and experience!
Maybe you wanna see different side to Nightwish, maybe try Romanticide or Storytime?
trinxikene Yes react to Romanticide, also from Wacken 2013.
Or Sleeping Sun with Tarja always a classic.
Why a break in the end? Blasphemy!
Anf they thought, beforehand, that they woudl catch hate for an honest, and maybe not so positive opinion, little did they know it be somethign liek pausing a high note at the end that would get them the flack!
Thomas Meissner haha 😂
Thanks for the fair assessment!
Welcome to the Nightwish Army!!! YOU ARE NOT READY FOR THIS!!!!!!!!
Omg so much potential...and then you had to go and pause in the midle of "The" Floorgasm...haha Im sure you will get better with time, ill subscribe any way :)
oops haha
Nightwish were before evenescence and floor jansen wipes the floor with amy lee
Poet and the Pendulum is probably my favorite Nightwish song. I definitely recommend reacting to it since it's a lot more dynamic and tells a very personal story to Tuomas Holopainen, the keyboardist.
Nightwish started 1996 and was one of the first symphonic metal bands and most likely the first largely known. I remember hearing one band before Nightwish that was very similar to symphonic metal called the Gathering (with Anneke van Giersbergen) but apparently it's more gothic metal than symphonic. Btw. thank you for reacting to Gojira - Born in Winter. I found one of my favorites songs through your channel.
Hi, I'm from Argentina. Thanks for reacting to this masterpiece. But I must say that it hurt me deeply how you cut the best part. the end. The FLOORGASM ¡¡¡¡ why, why did you do that?
Alejandro Gil my bad!! I’m paying dearly for this in the comments. 😱I’m learning and I’m new to metal so please be patient with me....❤️This song was badassssss!!! 😍
@@pamelamaeandrews4526 Thank you for your response. I am also very happy that you enjoyed it. Floor Jansen is a badass right ?. and do not worry I know it was not your intention, and I know very well that you liked the band and the metal queen the Dutch goddess. To remedy the final error, I will give you one more chance haha. Choose any theme of the 2013 recital (Wacken) to react and you will be forgiven. Greetings from Argentina and many thanks to the two for appreciating the good music
Say hello to Floor Jansen!!! She is one of the best vocalists out there.....period 👍🏻
I saw them last year and she was unbelievably good.
You dare to pause in the middle of the floorgasm???!!! SACRILEGE!!!!!
Nightwish is seriously the best. And they are awesome live.
The original singer (that this song was written for) was Tarja, did exclusively opera vocals. The 2nd singer Annette, who you probably heard before, was pop sounding. This is the current singer Floor Jansen. She can perform many different styles of singing.
The Keyboard player writes 95% of their songs. A few other songs that you might like:
Nightwish - Ever Dream live at Wacken 2013
Nightwish - Shudder Before the Beautiful live at Wembley
Revamp - Sweet Curse live featuring Simone Simmons of Epica
Kamelot - My Confession
Floor is fucking amazing. However, it's important to remember that all of the music and lyrics to their songs are written by their keyboardist, Tuomas, with some help from the guitarist and bassist.
Again, Floor is fucking amazing, but you really gotta give it up to Tuomas for the creativity.
