- Today we're brewing an herbal Blackberry Hibiscus tea with only the warmth of the sunshine!
We were challenged by @littlefootranch4410 and the sun tea challenge started with @backtoourroots9052

I love hibiscus tea. I drink it daily. It's great for high blood pressure and good vitamin C! I need to add some blackberries to mine and try it in the sun. It's so pretty.
Sun brewing makes the tea so smooth! You should give it a try! Mike drinks hibiscus tea almost every day too!

I never used the hibiscus leaves in tea only the flowers. I've used the leaves to make soap.

Cranberry Hibiscus has an especially nice lemony flavor to me! I like both the leaves and the flowers in tea though. So yummy! ☺ Thanks for watching!

Hey veg sister!! Small tip- if you want more mint flavor, try crushing the mint leaves before you add to the liquid. It releases an abundance of glorious flavor!!! Thank you for your videos!!!!! ❤
