Hello Lewis, thank you so much for the question. Lemon grass does not completely eliminate the pests and fungal attack, but to big extent reduce them at bigger percentage. The lemon grass repels the most of the pests as well as fungal infections. So thats how great the lemon grass is

Harvesting is done twice a year and we had only considered the peak season. Because of the two seasons, one is of much yields much more than the other.
