      Not sure of a link but I’ll see him this weekend and ask. He mentions in the video he got them from eBay but that was a few years ago. And yes good eye! they’re a type of aquatic onion. I don’t think they’ll be used in his salad :)

    Really cool fish room! This guy has all the wild type live bearers I want.
    I currently have z tequila, least killifish, and A towerii. But hoping to expand to more.
    I do agree with him though on the small fish are so interesting. I wasn't aware tiger teddies were smaller than least killifish. Now I need some lol. Least killis are so great for unheated planted bowls, so I can imagine teddies may be just as good if not better.

    • @WildFishTanks
      @WildFishTanks  2 года назад +1

      The tiger teddies are awesome. I actually had a group and bred them a little bit but ended up losing them all unfortunately. Neat little fish, you should definitely try to work with them if you can. Best of luck with your growing collection!

      There are some really passionate goodeid keepers out there. Look up the “goodeid working group”. I’m not 100% familiar with them but at the American livebearer association convention this past fall they were well represented.

    • @WildFishTanks
      @WildFishTanks  2 года назад

      Yes, unfortunately that happens. It’s important to put a lid on your tank if you have fish that are known to jump out. Sometimes they will find even the smallest crack to get out
