Ha ha! So rad that you tuned-in and saw it! You are by far the coolest Customs agent we've ever had!! Thank you so much for the warm welcome to Uruguay. It really helped set the mood for our time there! 🖤
Took me a while to realise it was you guys when listening to adventure rider radio. A very interesting backstory you guys have. I have been really enjoying your video stories and the way you narrate them with heaps of information. Keep up the great work
Hopefully you brought back a few good memories from your time there! I was actually thinking of you and pondering how much Montevideo must have changed in 50 years...
When I rode into Uruguay from BA, the first thing I noticed was that bikes didn't have to pay tolls, which was a very pleasant change. Not to mention the pleasant rolling hills. Another great video, thanks!
Awesome, thank you for the follow!! We had a great time recording that episode with Jim. Hopefully we'll get the chance again soon!! Welcome to the channel... 🍻
Very cool video! Thanks. The Uruguayan bridge builders are brilliant, eh! I am glad that you have the Chilean issue dealt and I love that you are open about how you did it. Very cheeky, very cool. Take care. Dave "Tiger" Coward 🇨🇦
Aren't those wild!! Form AND function both perfectly executed... Yeah, some people have tried to give me heat over the license plate thing (for whatever reason). 🙄 Isn't it a shame we don't all live in a perfect world!! 😅
@@TwoWheelsThreeSheets Really? I think that you were ingenious. I probably wouldn't feel this way if I were a Chilean official. Oh well. Self-preservation is not selfish.
Just caught your interview on Adventure Rider Radio which was flat out awesome. This was the first video I've watched and it's equally good. You deserve more subbs. Count me in and let the binge begin!
I so much appreciate and enjoy you taking us along your South American travels. The way you video and narrate the journey really engages the viewer. Also, the bqckground music you play is always just plain cool. Im so glad you choose more old-school blues and rock rather than the newer fu-fu 💩. Please keep it going as I look forward to a new episode every week. Safe travels 🙏🏻
Thanks so much for the kind words! We try to Keep It Funky and light-hearted with the music. Nothing worse than overly dramatic music set to mediocre riding... 🤣
Border crossing by stealth, love the switcheroo. WAs that a $99 burger, do ya get extra anything with that?😲Yeah, you could've gone another10 miles with those brake pads, at least. Super scenery and those bridges were wild. Ride well, guys. Cheers
I don't know if that was a $99 burger or not, I didn't stop to ask! 😂 Uruguay is a wild country. What I've been told by the locals, the north is a blast to explore on dirt bike. I'm not sure the AT was up to the task...
Always great viewing.. Super scenery. ....for a few moments thought you were going to settle down with the jet set..but then onwards to real adventure life..wild camping Stay safe
The old switch the number plate trick 😂...if you were over here they would put you in jail lol. I don't know how much it costs you to full up your bike..it cost me $70. N.Z dollars on my 2010 triumph tiger 1050....as always thanks to both of you..I really appreciate you efforts.
Yeah, he can't get away with the switcheroo everywhere. Luckily I still have a valid California title, so... I think gas has probably been the most in Chile... about $30 USD for an 18 L tank. Argentina is the cheapest at about $6 USD for a fill...
Excellent jail break 😂 We just found your channel after listening to your podcast on Adventure Rider Radio. I was riding my Harley home through Oregon and loved listening to it. You have new fans here. We too have a channel where we try to feature our son with Down Syndrome.
South America always awesome and have dream to go there 😍😍. I follow Charly Sinewan too, he is now in Venezuela, also a good vlog.. safe journey. Cheers from Indonesia ✌🏽✌🏽
I found you guys through ARR, and I'm so glad, great video! I'm looking forward to following you guys. Brazil next? My home country, I hope they treated you well there. Safe travels!!
Thanks so much!! Yes, we spent over 2 months in Brazil and absolutely loved it. We pledge return after we swing around the Northern end of the continent!! 🇧🇷
I´ve been waiting this moment. I am glad you liked our country, and it was a pleasure to meet you two.
Thank you so much, I hope to see you soon!!!💙

Ah, the old switcheroo trick. I remember that :) Uraguay looks amazing
Yeah, now the trick will be trying to run that plate back in the States. May just have to keep it South of the border... 😁

Switcheroo… worth it for Uruguay, eh? Beautiful views. Looking forward to more. Safe travels.
Thanks so much! Yeah, the switcheroo was mandatory to ease border crossings. Too many questions with no good answers otherwise... 😬
What a beautiful ride.
It really is!
Thanks for sharing. Great Video as always 😊👍🙏
Thank you for watching and supporting the channel as always!! 🖤
Beautiful architecture and country. I hear it’s a favorite for expats.
👍Yes, true true! I can see why the expats love it there.
