I hadn't felt regular hunger in about 5 years I had tons of issues with my apetite so I lost tons of weight because eating was physically a struggle. My throat would close and not accept food even when I was hungry. Eventually one day I got so stressed out over a situation my stomach burnt when I swallowed and I thought "I refuse to get an ulcer" I finally got myself to do meditate . just like that once I become more aware of the feelings in my body my hunger returned. I was able to feel hunger and thirst normally again about about half a decade it's made me really happy so I'm really thankful to this video. Sometimes I can't do it still my mind wanders too much but when I get really stressed out again where I start feeling aches in my body I come here to calm myself down in the morning. I've reccomended this to a friend as well and am hoping it helps them. 🙏I hope everyone gets some peace from these videos too
I’m so grateful for this meditation. I started listening to these when the pandemic begin because it was something I always wanted to do but couldn’t get into it. The self hatred and low self worth I had for myself has slowly but almost disappeared and this channel has been instrumental. Thank you. The hardest part is trying to listen to any other meditation that doesn’t have the gentleness of your voice. Thank you 🙏🏾
I was overwhelmed by the things i have to do today.. i tried to get started with 1 thing, but it felt like water was rushing in from all directions.. After this exercise i feel a lot better and more centered. I'm not fully where I need to be, but i'm 100% grateful for this.

The more I do these meditations, the more I feel relaxed in my mind and soul. I do them before getting out of bed every morning. They are helping me a great deal.
This was the crasiest thing i ever felt. I completely forgot about ll my troubles for a moment. I believe this will be really helpfull for me. I suffer anxiety in many ways, specially thing related with studies. Yesterday i felt like I was too much for my own body. There were too many emotions and I felt like it was too overwhelming and didn't knew what to do. After listening to this I feel like a leaf in the water. Completely gratefull and happy for trying this.
It's important to realize that toughts are like clouds, they pass by and eventually diminish when you decide to not engage with it, you will eventually realize that toughts aren't you and toughts doesn't define your worth❤ Have an amazing day.

Very nice meditation and mindfulness practice, I just wanna learn to be mindful so some stuff in my life doesn't get to me all the time, so this is good practice and training for that, also very relaxing.
the way you said kindness and compassion. so many times reminded me of joey saying "sharing caring giving and receiving" and made me laugh in the middle of the meditation ahahahhahahha
i feel like during this and after i’m waiting for peace, for calm, for positive energy. but being mindful doesn’t equal those things. if you’re anxious and worried, and notice those thoughts, you can be mindful and still be anxious and worried.
I have one more question. Is it big problem when I have back pain and I am like using the wall as support for having straight back? Now I did that and the meditation was even better with the feeling but I can agree if it would have some disadvantages. Thank you my mind is really incomparable with the quiet which I have right now than what it was before . ❤❤❤

That was a nice meditation. As I felt a tingle on the end of my nose she said "how does your nose feel" which was interesting.
