It is followed by the physical gestire of folded hands. It has become quite popular now but often times people do not know the correct meaning and usage. I hope this was helpful! :)

This beautiful meditation moved me deeply. I had a bad accident a couple years ago and have been dealing with the physical and mental recoil ever since. I often question why but this helped me dig deeper into myself and it really helped. I ended this meditation with joy and realizing I had tears in my eyes once I opened them.

I think i really will be needing this meditation. Lately things have taken a turn for the better in my life, great things keep happening, I keep getting good news. I have that pestering thought that's waiting for something to go wrong, or keeps forecasting that it won't last for long. I tell it, if that's the case then I'm going to enjoy the hell out of things now & be grateful for these times as well as the bad times (that eventually lead to good times). If we create safe spaces to exist within ourselves, when people aren’t safe for us we aren’t as deceived or let down because we have a place to retreat!
